I had dinner at Gnammeria da Giò and I confirm everything I had read: genuine, abundant and truly delicious dishes! From the appetizer to the first courses (the carbonara was amazing!) to the dessert, each course was prepared with care and quality ingredients. The staff is young, friendly and always smiling, the service is fast but never rushed. Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for an informal but very tasty dinner. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. I will definitely be back – highly recommended

Excellent Carbonara that is perhaps worth a visit if you do not expect great service. Polite but not high-level. The environment imitates that of a trattoria but it is not and the clothes are impregnated with the smell of fried food with the open kitchen with too much open space with the room Good value for money

Locale grazioso, buona la cura dei dettagli e la scelta delle materie prime, prezzi moderati...in sala il personale giovane è sorridente, educato e molto accogliente così come la proprietaria..ragazzi che hanno molto da insegnare sulla cura del cliente. Meno garbato e disponibile invece il proprietario (cosa che mi era già stata segnalata da altre persone), il quale ha un approccio serioso e sbrigativo col cliente, poco disponibile verso la persona anziana che era con me...diciamo che la sua presenza stona molto con la familiarità a cui si ispira il locale. Spero sia per voi spunto di riflessione ed autocritica perché in un locale non si torna solo per il buon cibo ;-)

Una "trattoria" dove si mangiano prodotti tipici cucinati bene e di buona qualità, personale giovane gentile e cortese. Ambiente familiare e carino. Unico problema....la sgarbataggine e inospitalità del proprietario. Peccato per la trattoria!

Al Fontanile

16/07/2025: A typical tavern with local products with friendly and attentive staff. I, however, had the baked cod. It was excellent. I'll definitely return when I'm in the area for work. I recommend it.
07/07/2025: Traditional Umbrian dishes expertly cooked, with quality ingredients and zero km. A place certainly welcoming and of great taste, all immersed in the splendid Colfiorito plateau.
