A perfect stay in a beautiful setting, delicious food, outstandingly friendly service, a wonderful view, and beautiful, well-equipped rooms. We were completely satisfied during our stay. We would definitely return.

We were fortunate enough to stay at this wonderful hotel a few days ago, and it was simply a dreamlike experience! Upon entering, we received a warm welcome and immediately felt welcome. The hotel impresses with its thoughtful details that make the stay truly special – from lovingly decorated rooms to small touches that make it even more enjoyable. The food was simply outstanding – a culinary journey that left nothing to be desired. The dishes were fresh, creatively prepared, and served with great attention to detail. The selection of drinks and cocktails was also impressive – diverse, high-quality, and perfectly prepared. Tip: Be sure to order the premium wine pairing, so you'll have the perfect wine to complement every course! The entire team was very friendly and attentive. We felt completely at home and can only warmly recommend this hotel. It is the perfect place for anyone who appreciates thoughtful details, excellent food, and a great selection of drinks. A huge thank you again to Steffi, who conducts the wellness treatments – it was fantastic! I do have one suggestion for improvement, though: since we were unlucky twice to have four people smoking continuously at the next table on the terrace, it might be a good idea to divide the terrace into smoking and non-smoking areas, because even outdoors, the smoke in the immediate vicinity was very disturbing. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

A very special place for a very special occasion! We celebrated our anniversary with brunch for two at the Gloriette – and it was simply wonderful. The atmosphere: stylish, cozy, and with great attention to detail. The food: a true delight – a gluten-free option without compromise, tastefully and visually of the highest order. From the tiered stand to the creamy coffee, everything was perfectly coordinated. What more could you ask for? ✨ A place to feel good, enjoy, and fall in love.

We stayed in the Deluxe Suite at Gloriette Boutique Hotel, and from the moment we arrived, the location absolutely blew us away- stunning views in every direction! The pool was hands down the best part of the stay- immaculate, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Total relaxation. I’m a picky eater, and they did a great job accommodating my dinner request, which I really appreciated. The cocktails and food were delicious, and the vintage-inspired decor throughout the hotel gave it a unique, cozy charm that made the whole place feel special. That said, a few things fell short. Some of the staff didn’t seem very engaged- minimal eye contact and not much warmth, which made parts of the experience feel less personal. Also, while the hotel is listed as dog-friendly, there was no water station for dogs, no offer of a water bowl during breakfast or dinner, and no small touches like treats. It would’ve been nice to feel like our dog was just as welcome as we were. Lastly, breakfast, while tasty, was exactly the same each morning—a bit of variety would’ve made it even better. Overall, it’s a beautiful boutique hotel in an unbeatable location. We would definitely go back- it just needs a few thoughtful tweaks to make the experience truly exceptional.

The combination of relaxed luxury, warm hospitality, and a breathtaking location is hard to beat. A dreamy place with views of the Dolomites. We thoroughly enjoyed every day! Perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. A place to arrive, unwind, and return! Thanks to the entire team.

Gloriette Guesthouse is a beautiful property, with a modern and refined design, a breathtaking panoramic terrace and a refined atmosphere. I have nothing to say about the beauty and the facilities of the hotel, which are unquestionably of a high standard. That said, my experience yesterday was very disappointing in terms of communication and hospitality. I tried to call the property three times, at different times of the day, but each time the call ended up on voicemail, with a message saying that the staff was busy. Once can happen, but three times not. For a hotel of this level, it is unacceptable. I went there with the intention of using the bar, which I had already frequented with pleasure last year and which, according to the information on the website, is "always open". With another quote "external guests are always welcome: Breakfast brunch €35 per person, Lunch brunch €48 per person (reservations are appreciated). It is never specified that access is reserved only for hotel guests and a closing time is not specified. Instead, once I arrived, the bar was closed and at the reception I was told that the bar is reserved only for internal guests. An understandable rule, but which is not communicated in any way on the website, nor on Google, nor on Instagram. A total lack of transparency that made me waste time and prevented me from enjoying the experience I had planned. I therefore found myself making a useless trip, without being able to taste your wines or your terrace, as I would have liked. It's a real shame, because the potential is there, and a lot of it. But as far as I'm concerned, I won't be returning: I prefer to rely on places that, in addition to a beautiful setting, also guarantee reliability and customer care.

Location TOP vicina alla funivia e trenino a 2 minuti a piedi, cibo genuino e personale gentilissimo. Ristorante con cucina raffinata e vini locali di ottime cantine. Prezzo adeguato

Ci hanno regalato un brunch/pranzo e siamo stati a mezzogiorno di un sabato. Il ristorante è stato ristrutturato di recente e la struttura non passa inosservata tra le case tradizionali di Soprabolzano/Oberbozen. L'offerta comprendeva diversi antipasti, tutti di ottimo gusto e con abbinamenti inattesi ma azzeccati, con carne e pesce in salse e verdure. Il primo da scegliere tra due (data la formula che non era alla carta) era all'altezza della degustazione e così anche il dessert. Servizio impeccabile. Anche il menù alla carta appare interessante, con anche diversi piatti con pesce.
