17/03/2026: So, without being too blunt, but objective: the place itself is nice, modern, clean, and has comfortable seating. However, it has very little of the Apulian spirit. The puccia they serve isn't really a puccia, but a sort of toasted penis.
We had aperitif dinner, and the dishes were plentiful, but it was a very ordinary aperitivo, nothing typical (starting with the French fries and classic green olives).
What I'm trying to say is that, if you're advertising to make me think I'm tasting Apulian food, you're the one who's creating expectations, which, if you don't meet, will lead to a less than positive opinion. In short, you're creating your own problem.
The Spitz was also good.
I understand that having the food shipped from Puglia might cost a little more, but you have to deliver on the quality of the food if your name is U-Tube.
07/03/2026: We went there a bit by chance, but I have to say we'll definitely be back.
Modern venue and excellent quality food.
The service was quick, and the girls were really friendly and professional.
Excellent experience.
