There are very few restaurants that offer real Roman dishes made with top quality raw materials and outside the “customer-catching” schemes. The specialists in this are excellent. The welcome from Alessandro, the owner, immediately put us at ease. He offered us a prosecco and explained the off-menu dishes. We were guided by tasting artichokes alla giudia made with mastery, homemade courgette flowers (not frozen), rigatoni with pajata a REAL goodness and fettuccine with ragù made with skill. For the second course, lamb scottadito with meat with an authentic flavour and a truly exquisite roast suckling pig. Generous portions accompanied by a Lazio wine that we did not know and that amazed us. For dessert, a stepitious slice of apple pie with ice cream made by the owner's mother. Absolutely low price for being in the heart of Trastevere, compared to neighboring famous restaurants that perhaps enjoy advertising, competing based on appearance... We will definitely return to delight ourselves again!

The Giudia-style artichoke is excellent and a kind of calzone that they make in both the chicory and cheese versions is spectacular. The dough is delicious and very digestible. Fair prices.

Excellent cuisine with genuine products and friendly staff. We liked everything, from the starter to the dessert (the apple pie with ice cream is absolutely worth trying). In particular, the half sleeves with artichokes with pecorino and bacon were amazing: perfect cream, tender artichokes and crunchy bacon. We will definitely be back.

We stumbled upon this cozy restaurant by chance. We can definitely recommend the very tasty pizza, pasta, and tiramisu. You won't be disappointed with this spot.

Ci sono stato tante volte per pranzi e cene nel weekend e ho sempre trovato un’ottima cucina e un’accoglienza super. Si sono confermati anche al cenone di capodanno (a prezzi più che onesti)! Grandi!!
