17/11/2025: A restaurant in the green Castelli Romani area, with a beautiful view of the sea. I was already familiar with their cuisine from the previous location, and they certainly lived up to their promise. The meat was incredibly tender and of excellent quality (my 6-year-old daughter literally devoured a tagliata without even needing to cut it, it was so tender). The restaurant was meticulously maintained and very, very clean, which is not a given these days. The wait staff were all very courteous and always available without being intrusive. There were 14 of us there, and none of us waited on anyone else, meaning the dishes arrived immediately, not one before and one after, given the number of diners. The staff was highly recommended, and the owner was kind and attentive. The ingredients were top-quality. I highly recommend it if you want to eat well and, above all, enjoy GOOD meat.
A fair price, considering we were almost eating at the tables, and considering many of the dishes featured porcini mushrooms and prized black truffles, the portions were generous, contrary to what you might think. We ate appetizers at the center of the table, almost a first and second course each, and desserts for everyone, in addition to the six bottles of wine.
I will definitely return, especially if I want to bring someone and be sure of a good time.
I almost forgot, we were in a private room on the first floor that also had a bathroom, while many on the main floor only have one.
