2 very jet-lagged Aussies, with little italian rocked up before dinner service. The hosts were so lovely and let us in early and served us drinks while the kitchen opened. Lovely staff and great drinks. The selection of Italian wines was amazing, while we didn't have a chance to a bottle ourselves, we saw the staff help many customers choose their perfect bottle. Food was lovely. Would recommend for a nice afternoon as you settle into your trip.

Now my favorite tavern in Giarre and surrounding areas.
My partner and I discovered it while searching online for a good tavern in the area and since then we have been going back at least once a month.
We tried multiple dishes and they were all always excellent. Special mention to the linguine with butter, anchovies and truffle. One of the best first courses I have ever eaten in terms of consistency, combination and taste.

Super mooie zaak. Mooi terras in een ‘cozy’ zijstraatje. Alles was top kwaliteit en de gerechten net iets anders dan typisch Siciliaans. Tartaar boeuf top!!! Pasta’s ook. Zeer betaalbaar, echt zachte prijzen. Uitgebreide wijnkaart met zowel wijnen v 30 als boven de 150 eur per fles

Place with an intimate and romantic atmosphere, excellent quality food and wines. I don't give five stars because based on the quantity, I found the prices rather exaggerated. A plus point goes to Rachele's professional and friendly service, she made us feel at home :)

Eine Enateca, die für Enthusiasten sizilianischer Weine absolut unverzichtbar ist! Hier muss man einfach gewesen sein, wenn man sich mit der önologischen Welt Siziliens auseinandersetzt ! Und das Alles wird völlig unaufgeregt und unaufdringlich in einem wahnsinnig gemütlichen Rahmen präsentiert, dass man sich wie bei Freunden zu Hause wähnt. Zum Essen sind wir gar nicht richtig gekommen, weil man sich von einem faszinierenden Wein zum nächsten bewegt und den Hunger eigentlich ganz vergisst! Ständig stoßen auch neue Gleichgesinnte dazu, die diese Woge der Weinbegeisterung nicht abschwellen lässt. Vielen Dank für diese zwei großartigen Abende bei Euch! Wir kommen garantiert wieder …

Excellent cellar, but no, now they say winery... and in fact there is all the wine in the world, you can satisfy all your desires. However, the thing that struck me most was the quality of the products, especially the local wineries, they are all there, and then Massimiliano the owner helped us and explained all the differences and nuances of the wines we tasted. In short, a place where you can get to know and taste the wines of Etna and beyond. We will definitely be back.
