Nice place, the two brothers who are cousins of the owners are very kind, but I don't see them inside anymore. What a shame! The bar and restaurant staff (older) aren't exceptional, rudeness reigns, and some of them treat customers badly. Croissants and pastries are exceptional. But... alas! That's why I rarely go, I'm sorry. The Tornatora bars in Piazza Igea and Via Oderisi in Gubbio are perfect. Lots of qualified, polite staff. Excellent service.

Considering that I went to buy the pastries at the end of the evening, I have to say that there was still a lot of choice and that the miniature pastries were fresh and good.... Even after some time I can confirm the above... And I would add that they were kind and fast....

A bar of a level decidedly above average. As soon as you enter, you are struck by the elegance and care of the staff. The environment is well-kept and welcoming, ideal for a pleasant break. The pastry shop is also excellent, with fresh and well-made products, which demonstrate attention to quality.

I gave two stars to the service because perhaps I ask too much for two sandwiches AND WITHOUT HAVING ASKED, ON HIS INITIATIVE, the bartender cut them into two parts when I want them whole, without asking me anything first, they should learn to have more respect for people if they want to do this job and in fact I took another whole one and the ones cut into two parts I left to the bartender as it should be, then I really wanted to leave but I was hungry otherwise everything was ok, undoubtedly one of the best and more good pastry shops-bars in Rome but these episodes really bother me so I hope no more episodes of this type happen...
