A very nice, older-style hotel with a saltwater pool and a very varied breakfast. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location, two minutes from the beach and right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, is unbeatable. Highly recommended for families, too.

Very central location in all of Grado, very clean and well-kept rooms. The breakfast included in the price has a nice table of things to choose from, as well as excellent service, suitable for all tastes and food choices. The rooms are cleaned every day with obsessive care, and the private bathroom has modern design services. In addition, the rooms have air conditioning that works very well. The only flaw is that the rooms let in a lot of noise from outside, and if you have noisy neighbors you have difficulty sleeping or you wake up badly... but you turn a blind eye as the beds are really comfortable. There is also a very large indoor pool. Thanks to all the staff for this fabulous stay, we will definitely be back.

We were there for the second time and will be back next year. Everything was absolutely lovely. Thank you for the four wonderful days.

A very nice hotel in the second row from the beach promenade. With a spacious indoor pool and sun terrace. The breakfast buffet is very varied. Parking is – as everywhere in Grado – problematic and expensive.

Top location, traditional 4* service, something you don't see very often these days. The bathroom appears to have been recently renovated, and is truly modern. The room is super clean, with a balcony and air conditioning. Breakfast is very varied.

Wunderbare Terrasse mit schönem Meerblick direkt am Strand. Gute Drinks, guter Kaffee und gute Preise! Auch der Service war sehr gut.
