Nice room, friendly service, breakfast OK and sufficient

Beautiful, family-run, small hotel in a great location, less than 2 minutes from the beach and right on the edge of the pedestrian zone. Shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. There is a seawater pool on the 3rd floor and a small sun terrace with loungers on the roof. A “minus” are the few parking spaces available. These are very tight and should be reserved in advance. Another "minus" are the chairs in the breakfast room. We found this to be very uncomfortable. Chairs with backrests or armchairs similar to the chairs in the reading corner would be more comfortable here. Very nice staff and very friendly boss. Good value for money.

Super great location. We've been there four times. Less than two minutes from the beach and just as from the pedestrian zone. Very clean. Room is nice. New bathroom. Great breakfast. Lots of fresh fruit, enough selection of bread and pastries, various cakes and fine croissants, fresh juices, sausage, ham, cheese, etc... Very friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating. A very, very nice boss who helps with breakfast. We'll definitely come back.

Very clean rooms, very small but neatly maintained bathroom cell. Breakfast ok. Great location not far from the beach and Albstadt in Grado. Valet parking impeccable. Highly Recommended.

Highly recommended - good price/performance ratio, wonderful sea water pool (with small blemishes - (rust spots) - the available parking spaces take some getting used to (very narrow!) - good breakfast - staff very helpful.

This is a great place!🤗 Kind, helpful staff, the rooms are cleaned every day, new bed linen and new towels are also brought! Perfect cleanliness!🫶 We are in a double room with an extra bed, which is spacious and has a balcony. The bathroom is modern, flawless!:) There is also a swimming pool on the 3rd floor, so if it rains you can splash around here too, and the sun terrace is waiting on the top floor. :) The breakfast is plentiful. GIT is really 200m from here.
