Girotondo di Pizza In Matera

Per un impegno a Matera , col bb a pochi passi ho preso da asporto di domenica sera una margherita Bufala e una puccia crudo tutto Senza glutine , buono ovviamente ma rispetto all ultima visita 6 mesi , ho notato una leggera differenza come impasto , meno soddisfatto.

We booked a dinner in April because I wanted to try their gluten-free dough. It is handmade and cooked in a different oven than the original pizzas. I ordered a pizza with buffalo mozzarella, yellow and red cherry tomatoes and basil pesto. The gluten-free pizza is flat, I expected it to be a little tall with the frame, but on the other hand it was good and digestible. The only thing I didn't like was the pesto, full of salt so much that it exposed all the rest of the ingredients and I drank it all night. I recommend making it yourself without using salt because the dough and mozzarella already do the trick. The staff is friendly and the service is fast, the location is small and you won't find a place inside if you don't call ahead of time.

We visited becauase this place was highly recommended. The food was good but nothing special. We were looking for good local place with italian soul. The restaurant is after renovation and looks chic but lost genuinity

Dopo lungo viaggio per raggiungere Matera, alla sera abbiamo trovato posto in 6 in questa pizzeria, posto po'sacrificato come posti a sedere, ,gestito da persone giovani, pizze buone per me ottima la bruschetta,,locale molto richiesto, vista la fila di gente che aspettava il posto conto nella norma
