Pizzeria in the center of Matera with many gluten-free options. The pizzas are very good and they take care of the details. In the summer the terrace is pleasant and there is a good value for money. Recommended!

Highly recommended!!! Excellent pizza, excellent quality of raw materials. For gluten-free it is 🔝 and then they make the best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten. It's one of those places you absolutely have to go to at least once in your life. When I pass through Matera it's a fixed stop!!!

Everything perfect, shame that the place is small

Good evening, On Saturday evening, I was in this wonderful place. Obviously, since I knew it very well, I hadn't been there for two years. More because I no longer lived in Matera, I had a desire to go back... I was my partner and we only took two pizzas, I took a croquette and my companion took a carbonara…. We immediately noticed a stunning increase in prices and then above all we asked the waitress for the soft dough, but we received a mixture of soft and crunchy dough, which we didn't want... With great desire, I wanted the croquette because I remembered it being super good, because they put the croquettes on top and instead I found the croquettes cut, that is, a little piece of croquette for each piece of pizza. And then, above all, the cost of two years ago was already 8 euros now I find it at 14 €... I can understand the increase in prices, the work behind it, the employees who are many anyway, but paying €14 for a pizza and having a miserable topping I didn't like it at all.... Not to mention my partner's pizza, same situation…. We basically only paid for two pizzas with a bottle of water, €32, a very high price…. I'm sorry, I can confirm that the place IS beautiful but with ABSURD prices! I'm sorry but I will never come back to you again

Dopo lungo viaggio per raggiungere Matera, alla sera abbiamo trovato posto in 6 in questa pizzeria, posto po'sacrificato come posti a sedere, ,gestito da persone giovani, pizze buone per me ottima la bruschetta,,locale molto richiesto, vista la fila di gente che aspettava il posto conto nella norma

The Girotondo and Sanremo pizzas were the highlights for me. Girotondo’s rich, creamy flavors were truly unique, while Sanremo impressed with its bold, flavorful cheese profile. However, the Bufala Pro pizza fell short of expectations, as its watery consistency compromised the structure and balance, detracting from the quality you’d expect in a well-crafted pizza. The restaurant is often crowded, and we were seated in the side room, which unfortunately came with a noisy atmosphere that detracted from the overall experience. While the food had its high points, the ambiance might not appeal to those seeking a quieter dining environment.

Pizzeria located in the city center. The restaurant has a modern style, dimly lit and dark tones. It is possible to book; the service is fast and organized over several shifts, so it is necessary to vacate the table before the next one begins. The menu is very broad: in addition to pizzas you can opt for pucce, tagliatelle and salads. There is a large variety of pizzas, with the possibility of choosing between "soft" or "crispy" dough (both good), several interesting combinations and excellent quality of ingredients, on the other hand the prices are quite high. It also offers gluten-free dough.

Nella splendida Matera è una certezza per il Senza glutine, a 2 passi dalla piazza in zona pedonale, ho preso da asporto una Margherita gialla una porzione di patatine grandi e una puccia crudo.. TUTTO BUONISSIMO. Supplemento di 2€ Complimenti
