Dopo lungo viaggio per raggiungere Matera, alla sera abbiamo trovato posto in 6 in questa pizzeria, posto po'sacrificato come posti a sedere, ,gestito da persone giovani, pizze buone per me ottima la bruschetta,,locale molto richiesto, vista la fila di gente che aspettava il posto

The Girotondo and Sanremo pizzas were the highlights for me. Girotondo’s rich, creamy flavors were truly unique, while Sanremo impressed with its bold, flavorful cheese profile. However, the Bufala Pro pizza fell short of expectations, as its watery consistency compromised the structure and balance, detracting from the quality you’d expect in a well-crafted pizza.
The restaurant is often crowded, and we were seated in the side room, which unfortunately came with a noisy atmosphere that detracted from the overall experience. While the food had its high points, the ambiance might not appeal to those seeking a quieter dining environment.

Pizzeria located in the city center.
The restaurant has a modern style, dimly lit and dark tones.
It is possible to book; the service is fast and organized over several shifts, so it is necessary to vacate the table before the next one begins.
The menu is very broad: in addition to pizzas you can opt for pucce, tagliatelle and salads. There is a large variety of pizzas, with the possibility of choosing between "soft" or "crispy" dough (both good), several interesting combinations and excellent quality of ingredients, on the other hand the prices are quite high.
It also offers gluten-free dough.

Best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had.
Everyone who can’t eat gluten must go to this place.
They opened at 7 p.m. and we could enter and directly order. There was plenty of staff, so we didn’t have to wait to place the order at all.
The price was very fair and also the pizza was made with a lot of love.

You can't help but give the best to this pizzeria. There are two rooms so we were seated immediately and the staff was really patient, friendly and attentive to requests.
Let's move on to the food: we took the potatoes with the frankfurters and the breasts which were good, fried very well, I would recommend adding more frankfurters.
The pizzas could be either crunchy or Neapolitan based. Both bases were very soft and light and the ingredients were of excellent quality. The prices are a little higher than average but the quality and kindness make up for it. We will be back and I highly recommend it.

Nella splendida Matera è una certezza per il Senza glutine, a 2 passi dalla piazza in zona pedonale, ho preso da asporto una Margherita gialla una porzione di patatine grandi e una puccia crudo.. TUTTO BUONISSIMO. Supplemento di 2€ Complimenti
