The staff is friendly and approachable. For a large selection of meat, the quality could have been a bit better. The menu isn't extensive, but I don't find it as limited as other reviews have suggested. I especially appreciate the cheesecake. It may not be the best restaurant in Olbia, but 3.8 reviews seem excessively harsh.

Overall, the food was good. The fregole were very salty, and still cost €25 per dish. The service was fast and honest.

We booked through the force with a 30% discount. When we were there, there were a couple of people on the next street, and it was fully booked. The food was average.

The atmosphere wasn't great, the music came on at the end of the meal; they should have used speakers. The pasta carbonara was very good, but the pasta looked dated from the day before, and some were a little tougher than others.

24/02/2026: An exceptional culinary experience. The attention to detail in every dish was impressive.
01/01/2026: I was in the area for work and went to "da Silvio" before Christmas. The place is very cute, it feels like being in a living room at home. The owner is there, he puts his face forward, and he sits down with you at the table to recommend the specials of the day and to create a customer/vendor connection (excellent technique). The food is good (I only had a first course with sea bream ragù). The staff is very attentive, friendly, and professional. Prices are fair/affordable.

In Grano Pizzeria

11/11/2025: My wife and I went there for dinner. One of the few restaurants open in San Teodoro in November, and we were pleasantly surprised. The quality/price ratio was average to high.
03/11/2025: Superlative pizza, light, tasty and friendly staff… So good that I took a photo of half the pizza hahaha
