Small but respectful environment.. if you want simple, home-made, good and cheap cuisine without pretensions this is the place for you. Don't be scared by the owners' detachment who are actually friendly and available to your requests

I highly recommend! Recently discovered, we went there on lunch break with colleagues and we had a great time. Generous portions, good quality food, a different menu every day and, above all, courtesy from the owner but also from his staff. Try it!

16/11/2025: We wanted to try this historic Turin restaurant; a piece of the Italian Risorgimento's history passed through here. The restaurant had outdoor seating and three indoor rooms on the ground floor. The interior furnishings are beautiful, although they could use a bit of a makeover to match the rest of the restaurant, such as the numbers hastily written in marker on the napkin holders. The marron glacier I ordered was excellent, both in its balanced sweet and chestnut flavor and in its size; the Fiorio coffee was also good. The price was reasonable for the location and the quality of the product.

05/05/2025: Nel cuore delle Dolomiti e recentemente rinnovato, il rifugio offre camere eleganti e una zona wellness, rendendolo ideale sia per escursionisti che per sciatori. La cucina propone piatti gourmet, apprezzati per la qualità e la presentazione. Con musica di sottofondo è ideale a qualsiasi ora.
09/03/2025: Siamo stati più volte, consiglio di andarci in quelle giornate di cattivo tempo e passare mezzo giornata lì. Non è possibile non prendere la carne se si va al Fredarola, i prezzi sono alti ma la qualità è pazzesca !!
