Giotì In Bari

Our first coffee in Bari! A very friendly cafeteria serving all kinds of coffee. We particularly enjoyed the caffè freddo. The welcome was warm and the people here are really friendly.

This is a little hidden local gem. Gioti is one of those rare places that feels truly authentic. Don’t expect frills here, it is far from polished or glam, just real life unfolding around a great cup of coffee. Their espressino freddo is extra special, it is a cold coffee Frappuccino (nicer) topped with granita di caffè, it’s the kind of treat that makes you enjoy the moment. The lady who runs the place is kind, makes you feel instantly at home. Vibe wise : expect people chatting loudly, coming and going, the rhythm of the neighbourhood in full swing. If you are in the area this is definitely worth a try.

I've had coffee in many bars in Bari and throughout Italy, but I've never had coffee as good as this place. When I discovered this bar, I drove all the way from Monopoli just to get a cup of coffee here. The place is incredibly clean, very pleasant, and the service is wonderfully friendly. The owner is incredibly kind, and everything they offer is top-notch. I'd happily return from Poland again just for the coffee and the atmosphere! Family atmosphere. Nice coffee and fresh croissants. Worth a visit if you are in Bari.
