The restaurant is beautiful in a small, somewhat remote town. A large vaulted stone ceiling, soft lighting, a simple and elegant table, and just the right atmosphere. The wait staff were welcoming, professional, and courteous. We appreciated both their courtesy and their ever-present smiles. As for the food: everything was good, with a few caveats: the carbonara was "as it should be," very good, but the guanciale wasn't crispy. The Fassona beef tartare was delicious, a generous portion for an appetizer, but truly well executed with a slow-cooked egg. The roasted octopus was perfectly cooked. The only shame is that—despite being a main course—the portion was really small. With a couple more tentacles, it would have been a perfect dish. One last note: we didn't receive the oil for tasting with the bread, which we saw being brought to other tables. I think it was an oversight, a shame because it would have been an extra treat. Highly recommended.

A true sensory experience! In an elegant and refined setting, from the lighting to the furnishings, everything contributes to creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere. The cuisine is the beating heart of the restaurant, and it shows. I had the pleasure of sampling a variety of dishes, from tagliolini cacio e pepe with pink shrimp tartare, cuttlefish with chickpea cream, gnocchi with monkfish and mussels, sea bass millefeuille, and finally, the dish that amazed me the most: the octopus roasted, crispy and flavorful, simply perfect. The menu is creative, varied, and leaves room for curiosity. You can sense a true passion for cooking and a well-defined identity. The service was also attentive, kind, and never intrusive. A gastronomic experience to remember and definitely worth repeating. Highly recommended for those seeking quality, beauty, and flavor in the heart of Salento.

A very peaceful dinner. The atmosphere is quiet, but I found it too cold due to the air conditioning (but I'm not a fan of air conditioning, so if it doesn't usually bother you, you won't have any problems here either). The food was good, the staff was friendly, and the portions were generous. They don't have Coke Zero, but that's a minor detail!

L’atmosfera esclusiva all’interno di in un frantoio del 1600 e un servizio estremamente attento, crea il contesto perfetto per gustare piatti che celebrano la tradizione italiana con un tocco di creatività moderna. Il ristorante Gioré si distingue per la sua capacità di combinare sapori autentici e presentazioni artistiche, offrendo un viaggio gastronomico che delizia sia il palato che gli occhi. Assieme a mia moglie abbiamo vissuto un’esperienza culinaria impeccabile, dove ogni piatto era curato nei dettagli, dalla scelta degli ingredienti alla presentazione. Degustazione di olio extravergine offerta con pane fatto in casa veramente buonissimo…tagliolini pesto di pistacchio, stracciatella e seppia (fuori menù) a dir poco sublimi, sgombro panato e polpo rosticciato eccezionali. Stra consigliato.

Locale situato nel centro di Aradeo. Personale cordiale e molto disponibile, cibo nella media. Servizio un po' lento ma tutto sommato senza pecche.
