Elegance, attention to detail, and quality ingredients characterize all of Gioré's dishes. We dined for two, sampling appetizers, first courses, and second courses, both seafood and meat. The persimmon cheesecake is a must-try. Everything was delicious. The only negative I'll mention because it's part of the experience: unfortunately, we found a considerable amount of mussels in the seafood first course. An oversight that, however, doesn't detract from the restaurant's caliber.

A family birthday lunch at Giore in Aradeo, choosing the chef's menu. Carefully prepared, excellent quality dishes: from the mackerel fillet with mustard and mayo to the roasted octopus with stracciatella cheese, to the deconstructed millefeuille with Chantilly cream and pistachios. Attentive service, elegant and welcoming atmosphere. Medium-high quality, medium-high price, an absolutely positive experience.

A wonderful discovery...we ate wonderfully, but above all, the products were of excellent quality. The staff were helpful, professional, and never intrusive. The place was welcoming and very beautiful. Highly recommended if you enjoy good food.

My family and I recently visited Giorè Restaurant, and the experience was simply impeccable. The food is excellent, carefully prepared using quality ingredients: every dish won us over with its flavor and presentation. We were greeted warmly from the moment we arrived, and the entire staff was extremely professional, kind, and attentive to our every need. A perfect balance of elegance and familiarity. We'll definitely be back!

Una vera esperienza sensoriale! In un ambiente elegante e curato, dall’illuminazione all’arredamento contribuiscono a creare un’atmosfera accogliente e raffinata. La cucina è il cuore pulsante del locale, e si sente. Ho avuto il piacere di assaggiare un po’ di piatti diversi, dal tagliolino cacio e pepe con tartare di gamberi rosa, seppia con crema di ceci, gli gnocchi con pescatrice e cozze, la millefoglie di spigola e infine il piatto che mi ha stupito di più: il polpo rosticciere, croccante e saporito, semplicemente perfetto. Il menù è creativo, vario, e lascia spazio alla curiosità. Si percepisce una vera passione per la cucina e un’identità ben definita. Anche il servizio è stato attento, gentile, mai invadente. Un’esperienza gastronomica da ricordare e sicuramente da ripetere. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca qualità, bellezza e gusto nel cuore del Salento.

L’atmosfera esclusiva all’interno di in un frantoio del 1600 e un servizio estremamente attento, crea il contesto perfetto per gustare piatti che celebrano la tradizione italiana con un tocco di creatività moderna. Il ristorante Gioré si distingue per la sua capacità di combinare sapori autentici e presentazioni artistiche, offrendo un viaggio gastronomico che delizia sia il palato che gli occhi. Assieme a mia moglie abbiamo vissuto un’esperienza culinaria impeccabile, dove ogni piatto era curato nei dettagli, dalla scelta degli ingredienti alla presentazione. Degustazione di olio extravergine offerta con pane fatto in casa veramente buonissimo…tagliolini pesto di pistacchio, stracciatella e seppia (fuori menù) a dir poco sublimi, sgombro panato e polpo rosticciato eccezionali. Stra consigliato.

07/11/2025: What can I say? Simply a fantastic place, excellent pizzas (we only had pizza and I'll base this review on that), very little wait time, and everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. The pizzas taste amazing, I'm not a big pizza fan, actually, but I loved this one. In my opinion, the autumn pizza is the best, I highly recommend it. The staff is kind and friendly, excellent at putting customers on good terms, and the prices are fair and even affordable in my opinion. I'll definitely be back ♡
27/10/2025: The setting is architecturally beautiful, just like it used to be, except you can't breathe. Seven of us had lunch here on a fairly hot day, and unfortunately, we had to leave after a while because the air was too hot. There's no music, so the place is very quiet. The service needs updating because they tell you the daily menu by word of mouth, and you don't have time to remember all the dishes and their individual ingredients, and you don't even know the prices. The same goes for the wines... there's no list with the selection and prices. The food is good, but in my opinion (I come from a family of restaurateurs), the dishes lack character. They lack that extra kick, that explosion of flavors that makes you say, "Wow, I ate something incredible, I'll be back for X dish." If you like delicate flavors, though, it's a good osteria, and the prices are reasonable. I recommend the desserts, probably prepared by someone else who studied pastry making; they're truly exceptional. This place has potential to grow if the chef is willing to push the envelope a little.
