Rustic place immersed in a unique location: the civil airport of Padua.
The dishes on the menu are not many, but this is certainly a plus, as the few present are well prepared and made with high quality raw materials.
I found the fried pizza as a starter to start very good: light and non-oily dough, tomato with a tasty and strong flavour, toned down by the fatness of the burrata stracciatella and the freshness of the basil.
The pasta and beans (not on the lunch menu) reminded me of the one my grandmother used to prepare for me; creamy and delicate.
I really liked the chicken leg; crispy skin, juicy meat and citrus sauce necessary to enhance the flavor of a dish generally with a neutral flavor.
There is a good selection of desserts, each of which is associated with a liqueur recommended by them. The tiramisu and babà were really good!
Prices in line with today's prices, friendly staff and courteous service.

Room with rustic but well-kept furnishings; the open kitchen allows you to appreciate the work done by the staff. An excellent idea is to place numerous seats in front of the kitchen counter, so as to allow you to eat alone in an intimate and private context.
The menu presents different proposals, each of which enhances seasonal ingredients; I appreciated the presence of an area dedicated to vegetable dishes for those who don't like or don't eat animal-derived products.
The potato millefeuille with horse meat and trout roe was simply exceptional; the millefeuille was greased to the right point, crunchy and creamy at the same time and accompanied the horse meat very well, the flavor of which was further enhanced by the flavor of the trout roe.
Onion tatin executed really well: crunchy puff pastry, soft and sweet onion (the mustard seasoning was also spot on, with its strong flavor cleansing the palate of the greasiness of the butter present in the pastry).
Matured Fiorentina cooked rare as requested, tender and tasty.
To conclude, I really liked the Basque cheesecake; excellent combination with the grilled plum which made everything even more delicious.
Attentive and courteous service, while the prices are consistent with what is offered.

Ottime le proposte vegetali ma anche la trippa e la pizza fritta erano squisite..ampia scelta di vini e dolci favolosi..consigliatissimo!!
