I fear that Neapolitan catering is paying the price for its hyper-diffusion: I have the impression that care is lacking in the preparation of food, those small details that made the difference until a few years ago. The far-sighted, proverbial attention to the customer has given way to short-sighted attention to image. I have observed this trend while eating at many establishments, and I waited a long time before making such a judgment. Here in Genoa, sitting in a modern and welcoming restaurant, with a somewhat hasty service, including very inviting ziti alla Scarperiello and spaghettoni alla nerano, I was able to enjoy fried foods, a pizza and tiramisu. I was only half satisfied: a pasta omelette cannot be completely lacking in crunchiness and consistency, it becomes a fondue! Same thing for pizza: it's not enough that it's soft and elastic, you have to feel the fire! I could have left this severe but heartfelt review to no one better than Sorbillo, for his great and well-deserved prestige.

Classic sorbillo pizzeria, quite good, centrally located. The environment offered is very nice especially by the staff who are very welcoming. Good pizzas I expected a little more but certainly a good pizzeria
