Not so much for the brioches and leavened pastries, which are much better.
But for the so-called "pastries."

The low rating for service doesn't refer to the staff, who do their jobs well and professionally, but to the fact that the croissant displays are often empty before 10 a.m., which seems incredible to me for a pastry shop of this caliber. As for the food, the pastry shop is top-notch. However, I should point out that the cappuccino, which used to be expertly made and delicious, is now undrinkable and unsatisfying. This is due to the installation of a new machine that dispenses ready-made milk foam, which is full of air and doesn't blend well with the coffee.

I've had breakfast at this pastry shop several times. Unfortunately, their cappuccino doesn't quite meet my expectations, and the pastries, while certainly good, are quite small. The location is elegant, and the service is courteous, but a bit slow when it gets busy. The price for breakfast is, in my opinion, too high.

Creamy cappuccinos and exquisite pastries... they deserve more stars. The savory pastries are the absolute best.
The "French" pastries and the "crema cotta" pastries are like clouds that melt in your mouth.
***Updating to note that I preferred the cappuccinos with the foam made by the barista, not the automatic machine. They're still better than elsewhere, but you can taste the difference from one made by the expert hand of a barista. The "Zucchero" pastries are very good... but which pastries aren't good here?

I come here sometimes for breakfast. The pastries and savory dishes are good quality. Unfortunately, the service is slow, and when it's crowded, the waits are too long. The atmosphere could be better in terms of cleanliness (outdoor tables and floors), given the prices. When I come to Gino Fabbri, I always expect the best. I'll definitely be back.

Una colazione nella media. Da Gino Fabbri sicuramente aspettavo molto di più. Paste e dolci molto buone ma non eccezionali.Mi aspettavo una vetrina molto più ricca e variata. Gino Fabbri col cappello da pasticcere dietro le vetrine dava sicuramente un tocco coreografico nel locale ma il locale per il resto è abbastanza anonimo. Di sicuro non metto in dubbio la bravura del maestro pasticcere, ma forse andrebbe ancora valorizzato di più. Ci torneremo dì sicuro!
