I come here sometimes for breakfast. The pastries and savory dishes are good quality. Unfortunately, the service is slow, and when it's crowded, the waits are too long. The atmosphere could be better in terms of cleanliness (outdoor tables and floors), given the prices. When I come to Gino Fabbri, I always expect the best. I'll definitely be back.

I hadn't stopped for a while, and I can't fault the dessert, but the coffee was undrinkable. It's a shame, because in a place like this, getting lost in certain details is truly a shame.

Breakfast at this very famous pastry shop. I had a delicious brioche, plenty of choice, and the pastries displayed in the window were both delicious and beautiful. Unfortunately, the macchiato costs €1.70 (€1.50 for the coffee plus €20 for the macchiato). I've never seen such a surcharge for a coffee that seems normal to me. I can spend more for the famous pastry chef's pastries, but I can't justify this price for a coffee with a splash of milk.

Una colazione nella media. Da Gino Fabbri sicuramente aspettavo molto di più. Paste e dolci molto buone ma non eccezionali.Mi aspettavo una vetrina molto più ricca e variata. Gino Fabbri col cappello da pasticcere dietro le vetrine dava sicuramente un tocco coreografico nel locale ma il locale per il resto è abbastanza anonimo. Di sicuro non metto in dubbio la bravura del maestro pasticcere, ma forse andrebbe ancora valorizzato di più. Ci torneremo dì sicuro!

29/07/2025: Very good sushi, an all-you-can-eat dinner for €23.90 excluding drinks and desserts. One of the best in Bologna. Edit: In 2025, I'll confirm what I said above. Still one of the best in Bologna. Now €27 for dinner. Definitely try the sushi specials, they're amazing.
27/07/2025: A very well-maintained restaurant just outside the walls of Bologna. A very extensive menu of Japanese and/or Asian dishes, good quality but not unforgettable. I come here every now and then and recommend it.

28/07/2025: Convenient hotel for reaching the center of San Giovanni in Persiceto and the Lamborghini Museum, which is just a few kilometers away, in just a few minutes. Clean rooms, but in need of some work. The mini-bar could use a refresher with a few more drinks and perhaps some snacks. The complimentary toiletries were well-stocked, although the shower cap box was empty. The reception staff were friendly and very courteous. The breakfast host was attentive, although he was a bit imprecise with what I requested. There's ample parking and disabled access. A special mention goes to the bed, which, despite being a single, was a very good size and comfortable. Lastly, I would have liked to find a pillow and blanket in the closet because, for personal reasons, I need to wrap up warm at night, so much so that I turned off the air conditioning.
13/07/2025: Classic 3-star hotel, at least for the room I got. I don't like the breakfast served, even if the staff is attentive and kind, I'm used to the buffet.
