Returned after a while even though I'm from Bologna. The pastries are still delicious, but the coffee is a downside. It leaves an unpleasant taste in your mouth after eating the pastries. Maybe they should change their coffee brand.

Great place, welcoming and warm. Excellent products. I stopped by to get a bag of Too Good to Go, but I'll definitely be returning to this pastry shop often. Congratulations to everyone.

The food, as always, is the strong point. Gino at the cash register is a plus when you go for breakfast on the weekend. The only flaw, but this is my personal opinion and doesn't affect my choice of this place for breakfast, is the ordering/counter/cashier system. There should be a more streamlined flow when it's crowded.

In my opinion, flavor-wise, this is the best pastry shop in Bologna, no doubt. The quality is high—Master Fabbri's reputation is well-known—but it's still surprising to taste the deliciousness of a plain croissant (which I usually never eat anywhere else). Every product on display tastes great, from the maritozzi to the Veneziana. Going there is an experience worth having, preferably more than once. Anyone who tells you the prices here are too high should have breakfast at any other pastry shop in Bologna (even on the outskirts) and they'd realize that elsewhere the prices are similar, if not higher, and the quality is poor. The only drawback: the location (we're on the outskirts, far from the historic center).

It remains one of the best pastry shops in Bologna. Not so much for the brioches and leavened pastries, which are much better. But for the so-called "pastries." Unbeatable.

The low rating for service doesn't refer to the staff, who do their jobs well and professionally, but to the fact that the croissant displays are often empty before 10 a.m., which seems incredible to me for a pastry shop of this caliber. As for the food, the pastry shop is top-notch. However, I should point out that the cappuccino, which used to be expertly made and delicious, is now undrinkable and unsatisfying. This is due to the installation of a new machine that dispenses ready-made milk foam, which is full of air and doesn't blend well with the coffee.

18/10/2025: Pizzeria chosen from the various suggestions on Google, not being local one pizzeria could be as good as another, but this one my seventh sense told me to go there and it was an excellent choice, the pizza was delicious my daughter had the hamburger delicious highly recommended and the staff was friendly even with my four-legged friend.
04/10/2025: I ate at this pizzeria and I have to say the pizza was truly delicious: light dough, well-cooked, and high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is also welcoming and pleasant, which makes the overall experience a positive one. However, I must point out one incident that was a bit disappointing: the pizza I ordered didn't have all the ingredients listed, including one main ingredient. Having almost finished the pizza (I don't like wasting food), I pointed this out to the waiter, who offered to remake it, but obviously, I couldn't have a second one. I would have expected at least an apology when the bill came, or a small gesture like a discount on the cover charge or the pizza itself; I think that would have been the right way to acknowledge the mistake and leave me, as a customer, with a better impression. It's a shame, because the quality of the product is there, but the service and customer care can definitely improve.

01/12/2025: Located inside the Intimissimi outlet in Granarolo. Small but with a wide selection of wines from all over Italy. Delicious lunch specials; especially top-notch aperitifs!
27/11/2025: I came to the shop with a friend of mine. The shop was beautiful, the wine they recommended was exceptional, super fresh, and the pizza was fabulous. A special thank you to Antonietta and Monica for their kindness, which made us smile and have fun. We'll be back soon.
