Consistently excellent. The service here is always friendly and welcoming, making you feel like a regular even if it's your first visit. The pastries and sweets are incredibly fresh—flaky, rich, and never overly sweet. The cakes are not just delicious but also beautifully crafted, perfect for special occasions or just because.
Their outdoor patio is a gem—shaded, peaceful, and a great spot to unwind with a coffee and something sweet. You can tell this place puts care into everything they do. Definitely a go-to for quality and comfort.

Despite being far from Bologna, it was worth it. The products I tried were all delicious, both sweet and savory. Top cappuccino.
The prices are also excellent given the quality of the products, they can probably afford to keep the prices a little lower precisely because they are not in the centre. Better that way, at least it isn't overrun with tourists. Highly recommended!

What can I say? We are talking about something that cannot be catalogued. Gino Fabbri is a legend and that's okay, we all know it. But when a legend accompanies his enormous pastry skills with excellent service and a place of great charm and comfort, it means that he really knows and really practices the concept of quality. I didn't give my all to the service and the environment because perhaps in an ideal world perhaps it could do even more, which it does with its pastry shop, which makes breakfast a cathartic moment. For some time now, I have been lucky enough to spend every morning not far from there (although I still extend my tour by several kilometres) and to be able to delight, together with my wife, every morning in the mix of sensations that the magic of Maestro Gino gives. Which are completely original brioches, such as Pain Suisse, Pain au Chocolat, Pain au Gianduia. But also the classic ones like the calzone or the chocolate brioche, or the honey one. It's all fantastic, even the empty savory brioche shows you the immensity of the pastry quality, which, when it's there, makes everything truly fantastic. And your day starts very very well.

The pasta is excellent, I especially recommend the cream ones (very good) and pain suisse. The price of the pastries is tipsy - the chocolate brioche 2.50, the cream one 2.00 - but it is worth it for the quality of the products. The only negative points are the cappuccino, which is not good and also costs 2 euros, and the supply of pastries. In fact, at 09.30 there are already few options and still many customers
The staff is very kind and the environment is tidy, the queue is large but moves quickly. I recommend for the experience.

Questa grande pasticceria è diventata una sosta abituale dei nostri viaggi.
È eccellente tanto la pasticceria dolce quanto quella salata che rappresenta una ottima scelta per il pranzo.
Degne di nota sono le loro sfoglie ripiene salate realizzate con grande maestria.
Della loro produzione dolce posso raccomandare la straordinaria ricetta di famiglia della torta di riso, le migliori pesche di Prato imbevute di alchermes mai mangiate, il loro Panone Bolognese e tutti i loro lievitati.
Ottime le miscele di Caffè servite.
È davvero degno di nota vedere il Maitre di questa Pasticceria sempre all’opera con i suoi familiari e collaboratori con il quale si può scambiare un saluto.
Anche se non siete di strada, vale sempre una sosta vista l’ampio e comodo parcheggio: vi farete ritorno.
