We definitely won't be back. It was the first time, but it will also be the last. The staff is cold towards the customer and the costs are high. There are many better places.

A well-maintained and modern place. I think the service needs some work; they're poorly organized and sometimes there's a long wait. The brioches are very tasty and delicious, but they have too much butter and not enough filling. Prices are a bit high.

I've been a loyal customer for years and have always appreciated the quality of your products, which is truly excellent.
This is precisely why I was disappointed with this year's "Love" tart, which I've been buying for about seven years.
I understand and appreciate that it's updated every year, but this time the size was significantly smaller than in the past: practically a single portion. At €25, I objectively found it too small and disproportionate.
The quality remains high, but this choice left me frankly perplexed.

I've been going there for years and years; I even had my wedding cake there 15 years ago. The pastries are always top-notch—in my opinion, the best savory pie in Bologna and the surrounding area—and there's always a lovely counter with a wide selection. Both Gino, always a gentleman, and the staff are lovely. Easy parking.

We went on a very cold day. Excellent coffee, delicious croissants with different flavors. Their milk is fantastic. There's also a small market next door with excellent quality products.
