I discovered Ginkgo during this trip, and it was a truly delightful surprise. I'm from Taiwan, and I often eat Japanese food and sushi there. I'm quite particular about the freshness of ingredients and the preparation, but this restaurant's experience was on par with other Asian restaurants. Although it's an All You Can Eat restaurant, I must emphasize this point—every dish is made to order, not pre-made and stored. Whether it's sushi or other hot dishes, you can taste the care put into them. The flavors are delicate, the presentation is handcrafted, and there are even some creative touches. Many people worry that all-you-can-eat meals will have lower quality, but that's not the case here at all. The ingredients are fresh, the service is consistent, and the plating is beautiful, making for a very comfortable dining experience. For this quality, the price is very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. No wonder the online reviews are so positive. If you enjoy Japanese food or sushi, Ginkgo is definitely worth a try. I highly recommend it!
