All you can eat formula. Excellent food, large portions, very good seared salmon and miso soup. The welcome dragon clouds that serve when you sit at the table are very welcome.

They described it to me as one of the two best sushi restaurants in Padua. Expectations were a little disappointed. The environment is sterile in the sense that it is not the classic restaurant that recalls the oriental climate, but there is something missing. In service it was not flawless in the sense that I felt a little "neglected". The menu is a bit like saying messy: it's fine that it's a book where you can observe and scroll, but there's no order in the dishes, in my opinion, given that the starters appear among the last pages. The environment should certainly be reviewed and modernized. The food: every oriental restaurant has its own particularities: in this place the Hosomaky stand out and so far have no equal. The highlight for me were the Tataki, all worth trying and these too, I must say, unparalleled. The fish is excellent. Good capacity but lacking in presentation, it deserves a dish on its own, otherwise it cannot be "seen" or noticed. The seafood soup is excellent, tasty. The grilled fish is good. Sushi: small in size but thickly cut. I prefer it thinner and larger in size. The rice is excellent. I found the price, with the cover charge, a little out of average, but we are in Padua and so perhaps you spend more here. They offered us liquor and I appreciate that and the lady at the register was very nice. Will I go back? Yes, but I would like to find a more "orderly" menu. I'm sure that this place can give more, but not by increasing the prices, those are too up to date.
