Ginger is a real gem in the heart of Rome, located a few steps from the Pantheon. The place is extremely nice and super welcoming, perfect for a relaxing breakfast or a quality brunch. The atmosphere is pleasant and attention is paid to the smallest details, making the experience even more pleasant. The staff is impeccable: kind, polite and always available. The service is fast and efficient, and although we hadn't booked, we managed to find a table straight away without any problem. Moving on to the food, every dish we ordered was a real pleasure for the palate. The pancakes were soft and tasty, served with fresh fruit, Nutella and maple syrup, perfectly balanced in flavours. The açai bowl was delicious, with banana, strawberries and granola, as well as surprisingly filling. Finally, the smoked salmon and avocado toast, accompanied by yoghurt and fruit, was delicious and well presented. You could immediately perceive the quality of the ingredients, fresh and genuine. The only aspect to consider is the price, quite high, but absolutely understandable given the very central location and the quality of the offer. Overall, an excellent experience from every point of view. Ginger is undoubtedly a place to try for those looking for a refined environment, impeccable service and healthy, tasty dishes.
