I can't have decided better for the place to eat in Agrigento.
The food is sublime, with a touch of fusion among Senegalese and Sicilian cuisine.

Discovered this place from Google maps reviews : 4.7 stars. Should be 5!!! Incredible service, taste, and portion size!! The ambiance is amazing and I assume the views are great in the summer months. Best meal in Italy during my many months of living here. Buonissimo!!!

Very welcoming place, nice and with attention to detail. Very kind staff in the full style of Sicilian hospitality. The delicious dishes, with particular flavours, with attention to aesthetics and contaminated by exotic cuisines. Unique experience!

Awesome food with great vegan options! Everything is super tasty and made with a lot of love. Plus, they have really good craft beer (blond & red). Something different – just amazing!

Four of us had a wonderful dinner here at Ginger. Flavors were outstanding for all the dishes; everyone enjoyed their meal, commenting on how much they enjoyed. The host was welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended.

Very interesting cuisine: Sicilian and African revisited. Hummus and vegetables: served hot, slightly spicy seasoning, extra. Fennel with ricotta and anchovies: interesting and whets the appetite. Sea couscous: delicious, fish cooked to perfection, much better than in Trapani, very well spiced. But really not enough semolina. The fact that you can order extra semolina suggests that the restaurant knows that the bill is not there. At €27 a plate we don’t really want to pay €8 more for a little semolina, even if it’s made from Sicilian durum wheat. Too bad because otherwise 5 stars without hesitation. Finally, a detail: eating with a knife and fork in a soup plate is really not practical, especially when the bones slide over the edge and fall into the semolina!
