Ginger Ristorante in Manfredonia is a true pearl: a welcoming place, with an atmosphere with attention to detail and attentive and professional service. The menu is a perfect balance between tradition and innovation, with very fresh ingredients and dishes with an authentic flavour. We tried different courses and each one won us over. Even the desserts were a pleasant surprise, closing the dinner in a perfect way. Excellent selection of wines and more than fair value for money for the quality offered. Highly recommended for those looking for a restaurant that combines quality, passion and attention to detail. We will definitely be back!

Ginger is always a guarantee. Refinement both in the food offering and in the care of the location. A dinner in this place is a treat for the palate and the soul. The girls are super prepared, kind and always with a smile. Top!
