We stayed in a residence near Manfredonia for a weekend and, while searching TikTok for a good seafood restaurant, we discovered this restaurant. The food was simply sublime! From the appetizer onward, the octopus meatballs were delicious. The raw seafood sandwiches were incredibly fresh and we devoured them (we each ordered one and a half!). The place is very quaint and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves fresh seafood! The only downside is the lack of a high chair.

Passing through Manfredonia last Monday, looking for a place to have dinner, we came across Ginger and, attracted by the reviews, we sat down at an outside table. We were welcomed with a smile, we were told a bit about the menu full of dishes with curious combinations; we chose a tuna tataki and a gourmet fish sandwich and we were very satisfied, the flavors are refined but not snobbish. The desserts confirmed this impression, special but without frills. To complete the pleasantness, the exchange of chatter with the maitre 🙂 returning to Manfredonia, we would gladly stop by again!

Ginger Ristorante in Manfredonia is a true pearl: a welcoming place, with an atmosphere with attention to detail and attentive and professional service. The menu is a perfect balance between tradition and innovation, with very fresh ingredients and dishes with an authentic flavour.
We tried different courses and each one won us over. Even the desserts were a pleasant surprise, closing the dinner in a perfect way.
Excellent selection of wines and more than fair value for money for the quality offered.
Highly recommended for those looking for a restaurant that combines quality, passion and attention to detail. We will definitely be back!
