09/02/2025: Small tavern near the Cathedral of Orvieto. Welcoming and very kind staff, it was like coming home. Spectacular dishes, especially the pappardelle with wild boar, to be blown away! As small as it may be, seeing that there was a queue outside, there is a reason! If I ever return to Orvieto, it is definitely the first place I would return to.
