Ambiente caldo. Cibi tipici, prezzi buoni. Proprio il ristorante che cercavo dove la quantità nei piatti é importante e anche la qualità . Altro che i locali gourmet... Fanno anche la pizza ma non l ho provata. Buono il vino della casa

In ossequio a uno dei trend del 2025, abbiamo deciso di tornare al Giglio Azzurro, ristorante che abbiamo frequentato 2 o 3 volte molti anni fa, la prima nel 1993 quando si chiamava ancora Sport. Il posto è rimasto quello di 30 anni fa, ma a noi è piaciuto, soprattutto per il "Mood Nostalgia". Abbiamo preso tagliatelle di cervo, crespelle al formaggio locale, polenta con spezzatino di cervo e 2 dolci, tutto fatto in casa. Porzioni abbondanti (ci siamo alzati più che sazi) e discretamente buone, lo spezzatino e uno dei dolci (La Fiocca) molto buoni. Prezzo equo, basso rispetto alla quantità delle porzioni, locale pieno noi avevamo prenotato. Accettano i cani. Torneremo certamente.

04/07/2025: During my travels along the Sempione state road, to and from Switzerland, a charming place to stop for lunch or dinner is the Osteria del Gallo Nero. The cuisine is delicious, characterized by local, zero-mile products of excellent quality. Last night I stopped for dinner. I shared a platter of cured meats and cheeses from the Ossola valley, absolutely delicious, accompanied by various types of bread, honey and a mandarin compote. To follow I had a deer tartare, seasoned just right, rich and delicate at the same time, superb! Finally, a zabaglione dessert, remarkable and not excessively caloric. The environment is very well-kept and the impeccable service is, at the same time, very friendly and attentive. An experience to do.
04/07/2025: We had lunch for the first time one noon this week. We found a modern building very beautiful architecturally. A very welcoming staff. A very good meal. We will gladly return.

30/05/2025: We arrived without a reservation and were immediately greeted and shown to a table in the lovingly decorated courtyard. The food was truly delicious, and the portions were generous. The highlight was the homemade cacio e pepe pasta, prepared directly from the pecorino cheese at our table. The visit was rounded off with a pomelo liqueur, which was served with the bill. We would gladly return.
28/05/2025: One of a kind place The eggplant parmigiana made me the happiest man in the world reminding me of my mother's Tagliolini with special clams What can I say, a unique experience, I will return often
