The rooms need maintenance, but it serves its purpose well for a stay. The staff are very willing and interested in serving and helping the guest. I had a problem with the transfer, arranged by the hotel, from the airport to the hotel. The driver did not show up and I received no explanation, so after a tiring flight I had to find a taxi on my own. The location is fantastic, which is what raises the final score, although the ride-hailing apps had difficulty picking us up at the hotel door; we had to walk a few meters to get one. Overall, I recommend it keeping in mind everything I've said here.

The welcome was impeccable, no complaints whatsoever; the lady was very kind and dedicated. Overall, the stay went well. The location is ideal, just steps from Piazza Navona, with many restaurants nearby. Everything is within easy reach. We were able to get around a lot on foot. The room was clean and pleasant, but be warned: as soon as the room above turns on the hot tub, the noise is unbearable and you won't be able to sleep. We tried to contact someone at the hotel in the middle of the night… NO ONE answered. There is no staff on site at night. The first night was very difficult, but the rest was fine.
