Very friendly and exceptionally attentive. As for the food, I was blown away by the flavor of the focaccia, the chicken was perfectly cooked, and not to mention the delicious skewers, all seasoned with a drizzle of high-quality raw olive oil.

What can I say... we stumbled upon it by chance for a quick lunch. The owner greeted us with a smile even though he was about to close. We ate three delicious chicken legs, and in the meantime, we had a takeaway focaccia made for us, which was truly excellent. A well-deserved 5 stars.

Ristorante Osteria L'Altra Murgia

14/01/2026: A small, welcoming restaurant with fast, attentive, and friendly service. The cuisine is typical of the Apulian hinterland, with top-quality ingredients and a wide variety of meats. The first courses are new daily specials: try the braised beef ravioli topped with pumpkin and walnut cream and smoked ricotta cheese: amazing. Recommended.
04/12/2025: Small restaurant on a street in the center of Minervino Murge. It doesn't have private parking, but there's street parking nearby. The only indoor dining area is small, with tables arranged fairly close together. The space is poorly heated; even though the two air conditioners were on, they weren't enough to adequately heat the room. The menu features traditional Apulian cuisine. There's a wide variety of meats, while the first courses are the daily specials, which are announced by the very friendly and efficient staff. The house antipasto is also delicious. Prices are very attractive, offering excellent value.

28/12/2025: What a fantastic restaurant. We were a group of 6 and the antipasto and pasta /rice dishes were incredible. All perfectly fresh and flavourful. Highlights included the cime di rape antipasto and cime di rape orecchiette. Owner is lovely too and clearly loves food.
07/12/2025: A welcoming, relaxing, and contemporary location, with background music perfect for conversation; perfect for both romantic outings and evenings with friends. Elegant decor, varied and appetizing menu. Kudos to the manager, who offers helpful wine recommendations. I'll definitely be back.
