Everything is excellent and you can even eat outside in the middle of winter with a perfect room. Particularly the place which was a closed house....beautiful photos inside.

Gigi is a very classic trattoria where you can enjoy good quality local dishes. The tomato meatballs were very good, as were the gnocchi and the peposo with polenta, which in my opinion was really well done. However, the atmosphere is typical of a tourist restaurant, as can be seen from the somewhat hasty service. The house wine was the only downside, a quarter of it made both of us sick to our stomachs: better to take a bottle. Overall, we ate well but were only half satisfied, perhaps also due to the high expectations caused by the reviews.

We were here for our anniversary dinner. Friendly staff. Amazing food. The football is on to check the scoree! We had primi and secondi. With cheese-charcuterie board! Amazing! Meat with polenta cannot forget!

Rustic style and very welcoming restaurant. Really friendly and helpful staff. Good dishes with generous portions. Personally, a little flavourless. But I recommend a stop a stone's throw from the center of Lucca. With great prices!

Indescriptible, desde la increíble amabilidad del personal, sobre todo con la sensación que te asesoran desde la honradez y no se aprovechan del turista, pasando por la calidad de los platos, auténticos manjares toscanos.

It is an authentic place, the food is delicious, the staff is attentive and very friendly, you eat surrounded by local people. It's not very big so we were lucky that there was a space and they gave us the opportunity. 100% recommended 👌, we would return if the opportunity arose 😊😊😊

Sat outside on the plaza with a group of friends and shared multiple appetizers and pasta dishes. Food, and service....and wine - excellent - highly recommend.

26/01/2025: The food is good, very convivial, definitely worth going there.
26/01/2025: The place is very characteristic and if you find a place you can eat well, I didn't like the decor of the place very much, but everyone has their own tastes, the service is excellent and punctual, while the language used by the staff is in line with the its furnishings. I recommend it for the affection shown by the owner and the very familiar and hospitable atmosphere.
