The setting is meticulously designed, with terraces and dance floors nestled into the rock, dramatic lighting, and a truly captivating atmosphere. The music is internationally renowned, with DJ sets that transform the night into an immersive experience. The crowd is elegant and select, and the feeling is one of experiencing something exclusive yet welcoming. It's more than just a nightclub; it's one of the most beautiful experiences in Salento and among the most captivating clubs in Europe.

I returned to this establishment after a few years, and it remains charming. The dinner was good, but we were disappointed by the after-dinner music. It wasn't very engaging.

Beautiful and very characteristic venue for summer events

Magnificent venue, evening with 90's music, lots of fun but in a very elegant setting

The location is amazing... The place is perched on top of a mountain and has several terraces where you can dance and listen to your favorite music... If you arrive early, you can also find good paid parking... My partner and I had dinner at 9:30 PM and then party until 3:00 AM... The food isn't particularly good and the prices are very high for what you get... The only thing worth mentioning is the dessert... The service is a bit sketchy and distracted... The bathrooms are fantastic and clean... Instagram-worthy... The music is also live... a bit old-fashioned, but passable... Once the evening is over, the madness begins... Leaving by car is almost impossible, since people park on both sides of the road... so only one car can pass at a time... Leaving becomes a real hassle... especially if you have a nice car... It's not a place I would recommend... The game isn't worth the effort.

With a bit of melancholy and sadness, I return to Gibò after a few years and book a dinner there, which turns out to be truly excessively expensive for what's on the plate, a sign of everything: a €6 Chardonnay sold for €35. Okay, we're at Gibò, but we can't find the money lying around. The structure is always the same, even in the dinner format (€80 per person is mandatory, as recommended by the phone) and the live show that precedes the DJ. I understand the crisis in the industry. We're unlikely to repeat the experience. For those prices, we've dined at Michelin-starred restaurants (Casa Matta or Claudio Sadler at the Baglioni in Sardinia.)

Really nice location. Parking on the coast road is a bit difficult. Cocktails are average at high prices.
