I have a great experience at this location. I had my son's baptism there 12 years ago. The exterior is beautiful, the location simple, the staff friendly, and the food excellent.

I celebrated my son's 18th birthday, everything was beautiful, attention to every detail, patient and helpful staff.... the food was top, everything was truly fantastic.

Beautiful and evocative location, excellent food, spacious rooms, and extremely kind and helpful staff. I celebrated my 18th birthday and couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend it.

20/02/2026: We've been here twice with friends, and the pizza, meat, and appetizers are all delicious. The owners are very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Le Casine sull'Asso Trattoria

10/03/2026: The atmosphere is sad and gloomy. The food is pleasant, but the service leaves a little to be desired. There are worse things to be seen.
18/02/2026: A pleasant discovery in the Galatone countryside: a farmhouse immersed in nature and silence, tucked away and fortunately far from the Salento nightlife. The culinary offerings are excellent, ranging from typical dishes to simple, traditional fare. Nothing particularly elaborate, but everything is good and substantial. The bill is reasonable (€30/person). The service is a delight 😉. Would I return? Yes.
