We had lunch on Sunday, very nice restaurant, pleasant and very quiet environment.

Captivating location, kind and affable staff, but the food absolutely needs to be reviewed, ordered a plate of lobster fettuccine, modest quantity on the plate and pitch black and rubbery lobster, inedible. The pasta with mushrooms was watery and tasteless. Better to order something that doesn't come from the kitchen, like a cutting board, and enjoy the location it actually deserves.

If I could have given the service I would have given 10 stars: all very young guys, friendly, polite, very fast, attentive and polite. On a Sunday that saw the town of Castelbuono totally invaded by tourists for the mushroom festival, the staff was up to the task. We opted for the fixed menu, the lasagna with mushrooms, pumpkin and walnuts, a delicacy we have never eaten. Everything good from starters to dessert (turk's head). We ate upstairs on the 1st floor but every corner of this place is delicious from the entrance on the ground floor to the terrace. We will be back!!!

We waited a whole hour for the food and it didn't taste particularly good, especially the lobster was "well". Toilets were dirty.

Da tempo volevamo provare anche questo ristorante di Castelbuono.
Locale in un palazzo storico dal fascino di qualche secolo addietro, ci sono ancora decorazioni, dipinti e dettagli delle porte dell’epoca. Buona accoglienza e location con svariati spazi a disposizione.
Menu della cucina locale con una proposta non ampia, buona la scelta delle pizze.
Ciò che abbiamo mangiato era molto buono e quindi lo consigliamo soprattutto se non si hanno grosse pretese culinarie. Buona anche la carta dei vini anche se al calice la scelta é molto limitata.

Daurch ein altes Steintor sieht man in den mit viel Grün bewachsenen Hof hinein, der sehr anziehend wirkt. Wir haben dann je einen für Itallien erstaunlich schönen gemischten Salat gegessen, sowie je eine Pizza, die uns wirklich sehr gemundet hat.
Der Kellner war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, leider hat er etwas nach Schweiss gerochen, was dem Besuch doch eher abträglich war.
