07/08/2025: For a café, being near a blood test point is the best thing you can hope for, but when the place in question has a beautiful aesthetic and delicious food... well, returning, regardless of medical needs, becomes a must! The interior is vintage, just the way I like it, and perfectly complements a relaxing moment, whether in company or alone. For breakfast, the selection of pastries is truly extensive, each one better than the last. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive to their customers. I appreciated that, when we asked for cocoa and cinnamon for those delicious cappuccinos, they brought shakers directly to us, so we could serve ourselves as we pleased. Cafés like this aren't found everywhere, even though they're popping up like mushrooms in every city. Precisely for this reason, it's difficult for a place to become memorable amidst such an immense variety. Yet Il Melograno manages to do just that. I'll gladly return to enjoy more of my mornings in Pavia.
