The restaurant is beautifully designed, including the outdoor areas. Very good food and a rich, exceptional appetizer buffet. They also serve good pizzas. The chef and staff are friendly and welcoming. We immediately felt at home. We came back the next day. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended. Located 7 km from Gallipoli in a beautiful, quiet location.

We unexpectedly drove by here. First time we were early 19.00 and felt lost in the big place. Second time we were there on Saturday at 20.30 and then the place was pleasantly busy. Delicious pizza eaten and an excellent red wine of the house for only 6€ per liter

The managers allow too much freedom to some customers (kids who run, shout, play football between the tables) like an outdoor playground. And no one intervenes.

Raimondi Gardens: A corner of taste, atmosphere and hospitality in the heart of Salento We chose Giardini Raimondi for a family evening and we were thrilled! The restaurant is located in Sannicola, a few minutes from Gallipoli, easily reachable by car and with convenient parking nearby. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a smile by the owner of the house, Anselmo, a discreet but always attentive presence and which makes the atmosphere even more familiar. We dined outdoors and we must say that the garden is a real jewel: well-kept in every detail, with illuminated palm trees, well-kept paths and an elegant mise en place. The tables are embellished with real flowers (and not plastic as often happens) and a central lamp with variable light that changes color depending on the atmosphere, giving a modern and evocative touch to the experience. The environment is ideal for any occasion: romantic dinners, family evenings or more lively events such as karaoke and dancing parties. The clientele was varied, with couples, families with children and groups of friends, all welcome and at ease. Moving on to the menu, we started with a seafood salad, followed by a fisherman's risotto garnished with parsley, rich and well balanced, and a perfectly golden fried octopus: crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. All accompanied by a sparkling white wine, expertly suggested by Salvatore, the wine expert, always ready to recommend the right pairing. The service was impeccable: Massimiliano and Mirko, the young waiters who looked after us, were well dressed, kind and very professional, always attentive to detail and available with a smile. In the kitchen, credit goes to chef Milo, who manages to make the most of the flavors of Salento with generous and well-executed dishes. Even if we didn't order the pizza (strictly cooked in a wood oven), the irresistible aroma that we could smell has already convinced us to come back to try it. Quick service, unique atmosphere and honest prices: a perfect mix that left us fully satisfied. The only flaw: although very clean and sanitized, the bathroom is a little far from the tables. It should be noted that on a Friday evening, being full, we were lucky to find a place without a reservation (we showed up at 9.30pm). Whether you are a tourist looking for authenticity or a Salento resident who wants to feel at home, Giardini Raimondi is a place that deserves to be experienced, and not just once! Ps: With a small tip we can give a big smile to these young waiters: it helps them feel appreciated and gives them the energy to improve themselves every day.

A place that feels like home! Every year I return here with my family, a tradition that began when I was a child. This place is totally Salento, with flavors and colors that transport you to the heart of Puglia. The staff is incredibly kind and the location is perfect for events. My favorite dish? Pittule, panzerotti and meatballs, a true specialty of Salento! The panzerotti, in particular, are a divine mixture of potatoes, cheese and mint, fried to perfection. The recipe is unique to Gallipoli and surrounding areas, so you won't be able to find them anywhere else! Highly recommended 😀

The place is beautiful, fortunately the lights are right for the environment, in the sense not strong and very white as many are starting to use. It's good, great for families but not only. Very kind staff, even though everything was booked they granted us a table change without the slightest problem. We had a nice evening.
