Nice restaurant, good food, helpful and fast staff despite the small number of people working there, and affordable prices.
It's more of a place dedicated to preserving the tradition of home-cooked Japanese food than a restaurant offering excellent quality.
Perhaps the only problem is that the seating is uncomfortable and too close to other diners.
This is, of course, my opinion.
P.S. You'll want to make a reservation because it fills up quickly.

A unique and original place, entirely family-run, offering authentic Japanese cuisine through and through. The menu includes set dishes, many of which are vegetarian, and other truly interesting off-menu options.
We tried the off-menu eel, and that dish alone was worth the experience. Afterwards, we ordered Japanese meatballs, fried chicken, two vegetarian main courses (one with marinated eggplant and rice and the other with tofu, vegetables, and rice), some side dishes, and homemade mocchi. Everything was truly well-made and delicious, simple, and satisfying. The hostess makes everything even more fun, cracking jokes and even recommending dishes.

A wonderful experience, no doubt about it. We traveled from Rieti to try this place, which I'd call a "Japanese trattoria." The menu isn't extensive, but it offers a good selection, a testament to the freshness of the ingredients. Service was quick and friendly. The food was truly excellent, and the value for money was a real oasis in these modern times. We spent €60 for three people, including four main courses (rice and fabulous teriyaki eel), three side dishes, beer, and water. In short, a highly recommended place if you love Asian cuisine, want to eat in a different setting, and spend a fair amount.

A very authentic, family-run place. Delicious dishes, the eel rice was the best we've had in Italy (it really reminded us of the one we had in Japan). I recommend booking!
