This place offers few dishes, but cooked really well! The environment is spartan, informal, the owner is very kind and the prices are very, very honest. I ate a delicious eel! Generous portions and very high quality! Advised! PS: there will be around twenty seats, so booking is recommended.

We stayed at Giapp-one here in the center of Perugia and had a really great time. The lady who runs the place was super nice and kind, she even let us talk to the chef because we had the Doraemon t-shirt and the Evangelion sweatshirt. The environment is beautiful, full of authentic Japanese objects that make you feel like you're really in Japan :)
The food was delicious and the prices super affordable: two of us had 2 first courses, 2 second courses, 1 dessert, 1 water and a bottle of sake (really delicious), spending only €42.
We will definitely be back and we really recommend stopping by if you happen to be in the area ^^ 🇯🇵

The lady in the dining room and the gentleman in the kitchen were extremely helpful and kind people.
The food is delicious and not at high prices, the location is a familiar Japanese restaurant with numerous traditional furnishings.
I highly recommend it.

Simply unique! Traditional Japanese cuisine made with passion. Excellent ingredients and simple but passionate service. The environment is not refined, but suggestive. Absolutely worth a try even if you are just passing through. You won't find a place like it anywhere else.

A cuddle for the stomach and heart. In a small and spartan place, quiet, excellent authentic food (because Japanese cuisine is not just Sushi) and the kindness that only Japanese have. In addition to the menu, dishes of the day are also available and there are many vegetarian/vegan choices. The owner is an exquisite person. It is advisable to book, especially if you are looking for Unagi Don.

Siamo stati varie volte a cena in questo ristorante in centro a Perugia ed ogni volta siamo tornati a casa molto contenti, soddisfatti e pronti a ritornarci presto. Le specialità offerte fanno parte della cucina tradizionale giapponese, pertanto questo ristorante è il posto giusto per tutti gli appassionati della vera tradizione culinaria giapponese. Il ristorante è gestito dalla signora mentre il marito ed il figlio si occupano della cucina e del servizio ai tavoli. I piatti sono tutti preparati con cura e con ingredienti di alto livello e le porzioni sono abbastanza abbondanti. Questo posto è stato una vera scoperta!
