I had an unforgettable dining experience at Braceria Giacuda in Puglia. The appetizers alone were a highlight – the grilled salsiccia was so fresh it practically melted in my mouth, while the carpaccio di vitello was absolutely phenomenal. The house-cured bacon, served on a chilled plate to enhance its flavors, was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. For the main course, I enjoyed a perfectly cooked T-bone steak and a fabulous beef tenderloin, both paired with roasted potatoes in olive oil – simple yet exquisite. Throughout the meal, we sipped on a 2019 Primitivo di Manduria, which complemented the dishes beautifully. To finish, we had a refreshing apple sorbet and a ricotta tart that was the perfect end to an amazing meal. The quality of food and service exceeded expectations, especially considering the great price. I highly recommend Braceria Giacuda for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable meal in Puglia.

Excellent quality and price ratio! the food is really good, excellent quality raw materials, not just meat, which although I eat without excess, tastes good and doesn't make me wake up at night to drink or digest 🫣 as has happened in other places. My favorite dishes are potatoes cooked in ash, grilled vegetables, fancy bruschetta and salad. Ah, I forgot the meat (it's a grill 😂), the classic tagliatelle and the delicate rolls with courgette. The cleanliness and the excellent service of the staff who are always kind, friendly and ready to listen and satisfy the customer are definitely to be appreciated.
