I went there for a business lunch, and they immediately told me it would be best to make a reservation. I waited very little, and they seated me, then took my order after a short wait. What can I say... good food, and friendly, helpful staff. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area. Full menu €13 (first course, second course with side dish, water or 1/4 cup wine, coffee)

The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly.

A bright and clean place, with adequate if somewhat modest service. We shared a somewhat lively birthday party with a couple of tables who suffered greatly from the chaos of our lively table; perhaps they would have appreciated a different arrangement. The platters of cured meats and veal with tuna sauce were quality. We chose the Piedmontese-style mixed fried food, which was rich in choice, although if served all at once, it lost some of its crispiness, in addition to the temperature. Perhaps it would have been more appropriate to have four or five items at a time. The sweet fried food wasn't up to par with the savory one; the pavesini and amaretti were a bit soft and chewy, and the apple was sparse, but overall everything was pleasant. Perhaps a few items at a time instead of all at once would have helped the flavor. The dessert, the fruit tart, was appreciable for its artisanal craftsmanship, lacking in sweetness and the crispiness of the crouton, though thin, with a very floury and unpleasant custard. An experience worth repeating at a more intimate table. All in all, a nice place that deserves re-evaluation given the high level of general approval and the notoriety of the name.

Typical cuisine, reasonable price, excellent quality

An excellent trattoria where simple dishes are well-prepared, home-style Piedmontese cuisine with a wide selection of appetizers. A wide selection of first and second courses are equally delicious. The option to choose from several set menus (€20, €26, or €28, excluding wine and desserts) is appreciated. Excellent value for money. I'll be back soon. Reservations are essential (always full). Impeccable, very kind, and competent staff.

Out of time... like when you went out to eat in Turin in 1970.... excellent service, excellent food, excellent price...

It's always a pleasure to return to enjoy this restaurant's Piedmontese specialties, starting with the excellent appetizers (veal with tuna sauce, Alba sauce, charcuterie board, warm puff pastry, etc.) as well as first courses, second courses, and desserts 😋 All accompanied by courtesy and professionalism... excellent value. Highly recommended!!

A wonderful discovery, a simple, classic Piedmontese restaurant with a timeless feel. We had lunch outside under the vine-covered pergola. The menu is displayed outside, and the waitress will tell you what to expect at your table. Everything is excellent, featuring classic traditional dishes that make you feel right at home.

Trattoria con tipica cuicna piemontese. Servizio veloce e davvero molto cortese. Eravamo con una bimba di 4 anni e hanno fatto di tutto per permetterci di goderci la cena (rialzo per la sedia, posate in plastica, menù bimbi). Il livello dei piatti è molto buono, sia dal punto di vista della qualità che della quantità. Abbiamo assaggiato tutti gli antipasti e preso un dolce a testa e siamo usciti decisamente sazi. Il locale è tranquillo e ha una buona scelta di vini. Consigliatissimo!
