The appetizers are amazing, especially the veal with tuna sauce, the vegetable tart with bagna cauda, and the delicious Piedmontese fritto misto. Unfortunately, I live in Rome, otherwise I'd come here often.

Let's start with the service: excellent!
We were delighted by the Piedmontese antipasti tasting. Excellent cured meats, veal with tuna sauce, flan, vegetable tart, polenta with mushrooms, marinated Piedmontese beef with celery and hazelnut hearts, anchovies in salsa verde, anchovies in pepper cream, fresh tomino cheeses with sauces, speck parcel with warm tomino cheese inside, swordfish carpaccio, peppers in bagna cauda, delicious loose-leaf dolcetto, bunnet, and creamy sorbet. Everything was beautifully presented, with top-quality ingredients. We're from Genoa and will definitely be back.

Typical Piedmontese trattoria, excellent value for money, very friendly waitresses, and very helpful owners.
The only downside is that it's hard to find a table.
