Last night we had a great time in the nice old Milanese shop window with old-fashioned furnishings and floors. Excellent service. The lady served us, describing the menu and also the wines impeccably. Not to mention the chef who cooked the dishes in an exquisite way. once simple but very good now that I know that there is this corner of a past time it deserves to return it felt like I was staying at grandmother's house

The food was nice and simple yet so good. The price was reasonable to me
The place itself is so cute I eat inside but the garden area looks so comfortable and homey
Most of all the staff was very kind! :)

Sunday lunch in winter or dinner in the garden in summer. In both cases highly recommended.
Bistro/rotisserie of the super renowned Giacomo group which has other restaurants in the same street.
Tender and tasty baked chicken but you can also find many other tasty things on the menu such as arancine, veal and tuna pizza. Nice wine list and attentive and attentive service. Fair prices

The environment is exactly as you would expect, the attention to detail, the warmth of a historic rotisserie shines through and there is also a small outdoor garden which is lovely in the summer months.
The service is attentive and helpful, sometimes too much so, like when they ask you if you want another bottle of wine at the end of the meal because you finished the first one.
I found the food divisive: the first time I was there I promoted it, the second time less so. It must be said that, if the first time I focused on typical rotisserie foods, the second time I opted for more restaurant dishes (pizzoccheri), which did not convince me.
Overall, it's worth going, but be careful what you choose to eat. 😉

Giacomo Rosticceria is a real gem in the heart of Milan! The location is simply fantastic, with a garden that offers an intimate and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a special lunch or dinner. The cuisine offers traditional Tuscan dishes, simple but of the highest level, thanks to truly exceptional raw materials. The service is impeccable: precise, professional but always approachable, making you feel at ease. An authentic and quality gastronomic experience, absolutely recommended for those looking for genuine flavors and a unique environment.

Fixed stop when I'm in Milan: excellent food, courteous and attentive service, very pleasant environment, fair prices.
Located in a central but residential neighborhood and therefore outside the chaos of Milan.
I recommend it without a shadow of a doubt!

Although perhaps it was a rotisserie in name only, now it is a quiet and small restaurant, fast service and waiters available for any need/intolerance. Good starters, the second courses as you can see from the photo were a cockerel and potatoes. I would have expected not the whole thing but at least half a cockerel and not a small portion like that. But apart from this everything else was very good and pleasant.
