The staff is super friendly and is totally accommodating. There were six of us there and a special compartment was prepared for us. All the dishes and their composition were also explained to us. The food and wine there are great.👍🏻 The prices are a little higher but definitely worth the money. A clear recommendation. You also noticed from the boss that there is a total love for the job and that the quality of the food is also important. Clear recommendation.

A really wonderful restaurant. The food is delicious, especially the pasta and desserts. The owner is very kind and him and his family make everything in house. Definitely get dinner hear if you are in Prato.

We had lunch in this nice place in the center of Prato. Even though it was just a quick lunch, we were able to note the excellent quality of the ingredients used and the care taken in preparing the dishes. The owner is really kind and helpful. I recommend the pear and rum panna cotta! Well-kept and welcoming environment. Advised

Suggested by my sister, it turned out to be a great restaurant. Virtually empty (only customer in the evening). The owner explained the dishes to me and recommended a rosé to accompany them. I finally ate the tomato soup properly ☺️, an excellent first course (tagliolini cream with mushrooms, truffle and pecorino) and the typical Tuscan dessert. Very reasonable price for what I ate. Very rustic place with exposed bricks, excellent atmosphere. Before leaving I had a chat with the owner... very sociable and approachable.

We have been frequenting Gi DOC for years and with each dinner it has won us over more and more, so much so that we now feel at home. We always choose the same table, under the splendid brick vaults, and from there our journey begins among the tasty dishes from the kitchen and the wines from the well-stocked cellar, accompanied by the kindness of all the staff, of course we always end on a sweet note with the delicious panna cotta . The final bill, including a chat and a nightcap, doesn't ruin the experience.

Very delicious food, the tartar was excellent we even ordered a second one. All the pasta is handmade and perfect. Incredible tagliata di Manzo. All the dolce are homemade and taste like heaven. The service is incredible and very friendly you can feel that the owner loves what he does. Absolute recommendation if you are in Prato or in the area.

PIATTI TIPICI DA 100 E LODE DALL'ANTIPASTO LOCALE , LA TRIPPA, IL LAMPREDOTTO( CHE NORMALMENTE NON NE VADO MATTA!) IL BOLLITO CON LE CIPOLLE E LE TAGLIATELLE FATTE IN CASA.
CI AVETE FATTO FARE UN BEL VIAGGIO CULINARIO.
