The owner impressed me because he's so attentive to customer needs; the door had a problem, and when people left, it wouldn't close properly... but he was very attentive, immediately making sure the customers didn't arrive cold. He did it at least 7-8 times in one evening.
And if there's this attention to the environment, it means there's a strong identity in the kitchen.
In fact, the quality/price ratio is excellent, and you leave satisfied.

I'll DEFINITELY be back!
Very friendly, the place is nice and welcoming, but ABOVE ALL... the food, which is what you go to a restaurant for... everything is truly top-notch. The pecorino fondue (cooked cheese on the menu), the platters, and then the homemade pasta, incredibly fresh with various toppings. Then the main courses, some very traditional and distinctive... Everything is truly mouth-watering! Even the desserts were fantastic, and unfortunately for me, as a diabetic, I couldn't indulge there, although I did have a panna cotta without jam or chocolate, and it was delicious. If I really had to find something that could be improved (hard, very hard, honestly), it could be maybe even just one variation of fresh pasta, but whole wheat, and a dessert made with stevia instead of sugar (which in some cases turns out great and has a zero glycemic index, like panna cotta... or an apple pie, again with stevia and Granny Smith apples). I understand that it's not easy to please both celiacs and diabetics (who are basically opposites; celiacs can't eat gluten, while diabetics are happy with it), but this is just a suggestion, because everything was more than excellent! To finish, an excellent bottle of cherry red wine... very fragrant. Thanks again, this place deserves all 5 stars. See you soon!

Kindness and courtesy. Fantastic food, as is the wine by the glass. We'll be back to try the Prato-style celery. Highly recommended.

Had a short stop through the city and wanted to eat a good authentic meal. Found this place through its good reviews and I can only add to the positiveness.
The staff are lovely and vest of all the food is amazing. If you come through here make this one pf your stops.

Great food and value for money. Staff was super attentive. Desert was AMAZING! I was not really hungry going in but ate everything cause it was so good.

From app to dessert every bite was delicious. Ragu, porcini pastas, pumpkin gnocchi, tartare. Wild boar was wonderful...and apple pie to wrap up. Our second dinner in a week, and both were beyond expectation.
