Clean and peaceful place where to rest during our journey around Friuli. Careful to guest is very high: warm welcome and support to any our request! In Gorizia area, perfect to be close to many destinations.

A small, family-run farmhouse. We stayed there for one night as a stopover and then continued on to Croatia. Excellent location, very clean rooms with small minibar and air conditioning Breakfast: few things but excellent, I recommend strudel and tart made by them, then there were various croissants, yogurt, omelette with bacon, cured meats and cheeses The very kind and friendly owner fulfilled our every need I would say the price is really good: for 4 people with breakfast included €120.00 in total

We stayed here as a family on 4-5 August. A clean, well-kept, new place. It's a small farm, especially my daughter was very happy. Samuel was very helpful and very helpful for late check-in. The breakfast was adequate and fresh products. We definitely recommend it.

Kudos to Samuel and his family for such a personal approach to their guests! In this world where people tend to avoid other people, this place was the opposite. It was nice to have some valuable chats with the owner, never meaningless. Very relaxing spending time there with the lovely cat, a donkey and a sheep. The breakfasts were just enough before further trips. The place is the perfect location for exploring both Italian and Slovenian surrounding of Soča/Isonzo river. Our room was always clean, so was the bathroom. A big parking just around the corner. And the last but not least, the homemade products! Highly recommended!

Very nice place, clean, Samuel is very helpful and pays attention to everything. I can only recommend it.
