A rather small, welcoming place, friendly and attentive managers, deliberately limited menu, excellent and refined food. To be suggested for a lunch or dinner with friends.

We found this place by chance one evening and had a very good dinner. Typical dishes of the Como tradition and excellent hospitality and customer service.

Fantastic quality, genuine and very good Lombard cuisine, high international class and a very nice service and staff. Really recommended! A must if you visit Como!

Fantastic food. We had vegetarian dishes. All of them we great. Only reason to give 4 star instead of 5 star is because we don't speak Italian. But they tried very hard to do the best they could with the limited communication due to language.

Restaurant located in the historic center of Como, a warm and welcoming location. The service was professional, courteous and very attentive. The courses, we started with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses. Right portion and good quality of products. Very good Bresaola and Brianza salami. We moved on to pumpkin gnocchi on sage cream and a rice cake sautéed with mushrooms. Excellent pie, tasty and cooked perfectly. The gnocchi are average, not up to the standard of stir-fried rice. Dessert, chocolate cup with meringues and almond cake on a blueberry coulisse. Both average. Average value for money in the center of Como. I would go back for the stir-fry rice and to try the main courses which seemed to be very good.

26/07/2025: The food is very good, and that's perhaps the only thing I have to praise (which is no small thing). And also the fact that they offer you a small glass of limoncello at the end. But we had some drawbacks. The tables are on a terrace that's closed (despite it being summer), and yet smoking is allowed. We had a person next to us who chain-smoked, and it was really annoying. They could have had a smoking area, and that's all. They charge €2.50 per person for a cover, and the service is very poor. They brought us our drinks and we didn't have glasses; they didn't even notice, so we had to ask for them. And they charge for a cover even though the food isn't cheap, and they don't provide any service for that, not even the bread. The tablecloths were old and had holes from cigarette burns. And there were also a lot of very annoying flies. It might be worth it for the food, but nothing more...

Ristorante Pizzeria la Rotonda

18/04/2025: Pranzo “frugale” con mia moglie, scegliamo la Rotonda che è da una vita che non frequento dato che se non riservi difficilmente trovi posto (e la sala non è piccola) . Personale molto gentile e sorridente, piatti curati e buoni, locale pulito. Per me è stata una ennesima conferma. Consiglio anche per le pizze ma importante, riservate.
14/01/2025: Grazie ad un amico ho scoperto questo ottimo ristorante! Davvero grazie! Andato con amici mi sono trovato davvero bene! Posto semplice, servizio perfetto, pietanze fresche e ottime. Cucina casalinga. Porzioni e prezzi corretti!! Affettati ottimi, buonissimi pizzoccheri e filetto top.
