Poche chiacchiere: hotel fantastico, veduta incomparabile, ristorante ai limiti della perfezione per il cibo e il servizio . Inutile a questo punto le descrizione di questo o quel particolare . Veniteci se potete e godrete di una ospitalità di altri tempi e di un cibo che parte da Napoli per abbracciare il must dell'universo gastronomico . Per quanto ci riguarda a ben rivederci .

Che dire, una vista bellissima dal sesto piano dell’Hotel Parker verso l’incantevole golfo, è già un bell’auspicio per questo ristorante due stelle Michelin. Grandi sapori di terra e di mare, da Napoli come dall’oriente, rendono davvero onore alla cucina italiana. Menù con soluzioni a degustazione, così come à la carte per soddisfare tutti i palati. Cucina a vista dove si leggeva (e si sentiva…) un forte rigore da parte dello chef. Giochi dalla tradizione partenopea nella parata di benvenuto, una mini pizza come Dio comanda, una tartarina di pesce sulla storica notizia dello scudetto calcistico, e poi via con i piatti principali, tra cui ha eccelso un agnello da ricordare. Lo “scartellato”, simbolo della smorfia, ha accompagnato con simpatia le dolcezze finali.

My girlfriend’s vegetarian tasting menu was a symphony of flavors, while my slightly customized menu showcased the chef’s extraordinary adaptability and creativity. Each plate was a work of art, both visually and gastronomically. This is not just a meal—it’s a journey through the pinnacle of Neapolitan fine dining. As Italians living abroad in Scotland, we discovered this stunning rooftop restaurant in Naples' luxurious Grand Hotel Parker’s through the Michelin Guide, with the American Express Concierge arranging the booking for us. We dined here in October 2024 as a couple, opting for the ‘Progresso Mediterraneo’ tasting menu and pairing it with both wine and non-alcoholic options. Each dish was exquisite, and the service was exceptionally attentive and professional, meeting our high expectations. Some highlights were the mushroom dish, the Wagyu, the citrus dessert, and a particularly memorable creation inspired by the cultural richness of Naples. The evening was a remarkable culinary experience, perfectly complemented by the breathtaking panorama of Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples, adding a uniquely beautiful backdrop to a truly special meal.

a pretty table without a doubt.
The French-speaking service is very warm. The cuisine (we chose the “Mediterranean” menu), precise, the cooking (lamb, langoustine) is truly exceptional. Regarding the local lamb, we discovered a magnificent product in a favorite dish.
The chef, who worked at Pic, is warm and friendly and welcomes you in the language of Moliere
