At the second experience with chef Domenico I must admit that this time he won us all over. With the staff, whom I thank, they pampered and spoiled us from beginning to end and delighted us with excellence in cooking (I had no doubts), in the patterns, in the colors and, most importantly, in the taste. I can only recommend these emotions and, on the terrace with sea view that will open soon, it is worth the trip!

Due certezze: il cielo stellato sopra di noi e due stelle Michelin nel piatto ( ma meriterebbero una costellazione). La squisitezza comincia già dal ventaglio di pani e grissini ( pure alle alghe) e mini casatielli. Anche una mini pizza al vapore cotta dentro un piccolo coccio. l
Le portate sono sette. Ma potevano essere anche 9. Sapori gourmet che si sciolgono in bocca, sorbet agli agrumi e al Sichuan che è una spezia cinese. Per prepare il palato al dessert. Un trionfo servito in piatti di design disegnati apposta x George come la maschera di pulcinella in ceramica e il mini Vesuvio per servire mini babà e cornetti al cioccolato è molto di più. Ha lavorato tanto in Francia, poi il Grande Rientro al cinque stelle hotel Parker’s e Domenico Candela è stato premiato e confermato con due stelle. Staff fantastico.

Domenico Candela has achieved special excellence at George. The essence of Neapolitan ingredients, flavors and dishes elevated to sublime gastronomy. Classics presented in a new way combined beautifully with inspired invention. Everything was a highlight, but if you twist my arm, the ricciola, artichoke and sorbet of pear with Parmesan, blue cheese and cacao left me awestruck. In support, the service is exceptional, professional of course but most of all fun and playful - and not at all stuffy! And the view! As breathtaking as the food. What a unique experience we will never forget. Thank you Domenico and team for a wonderful evening.

Everything was perfect! The presentations given with each dish were so spectacular and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We did the a la carte option and it seemed like the dishes were never ending. A lot of people would consider it pricey, but believe me it is well worth it! Not to mention the view! Such a great experience!!

Restaurant on a very panoramic terrace, good food but somewhat limited menu, little choice. Inconvenience: the table was close to the terrace window and therefore was opened and closed continuously making us feel a little cold

We went to this restaurant to have a cocktail to enjoy the view.
The latter was simply splendid.
The cocktail was excellent, accompanied by its appetizers which were particularly good.
The service was simply perfect.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to see the city from above.

RAIN OF STARS OVER NAPLES
What can I say, a beautiful view from the sixth floor of the Hotel Parker towards the enchanting gulf is already a good omen for this two Michelin star restaurant. Great flavors of land and sea, from Naples as well as from the East, truly honor Italian cuisine. Menu with tasting solutions, as well as à la carte to satisfy all palates. Open kitchen where you could read (and feel...) a strong rigor on the part of the chef. Games from the Neapolitan tradition in the welcome parade, a mini pizza as God commands, a fish tartare on the historic news of the football championship, and then off to the main dishes, among which a lamb to remember excelled. The “scartellato”, symbol of the grimace, sympathetically accompanied the final sweets.

Che dire, una vista bellissima dal sesto piano dell’Hotel Parker verso l’incantevole golfo, è già un bell’auspicio per questo ristorante due stelle Michelin. Grandi sapori di terra e di mare, da Napoli come dall’oriente, rendono davvero onore alla cucina italiana. Menù con soluzioni a degustazione, così come à la carte per soddisfare tutti i palati. Cucina a vista dove si leggeva (e si sentiva…) un forte rigore da parte dello chef. Giochi dalla tradizione partenopea nella parata di benvenuto, una mini pizza come Dio comanda, una tartarina di pesce sulla storica notizia dello scudetto calcistico, e poi via con i piatti principali, tra cui ha eccelso un agnello da ricordare. Lo “scartellato”, simbolo della smorfia, ha accompagnato con simpatia le dolcezze finali.
