Family-run restaurant. They deserve a 5-star rating for their dedication, skill, professionalism, and love for their work. For those who, unjustifiably, demand better, if they're capable, they could eat at home and cook for themselves.

Good morning friends, 2 weeks ago I was in Stella Cilento and we stopped at @ristorante_stella_dei_sapori and it was a pleasant discovery, we ate a spectacular platter of local cured meats and cheeses, a fantastic lagane and chickpeas with asparagus and pancetta and to finish a nice Cannolo Cilentano, everything truly delicious!!! 😋

We arrived at 2:30 PM on a Wednesday in October, and the restaurant was already closed. We knocked, and the owner opened the door. She was a kind woman who explained that her husband (the chef) had closed the kitchen to go into the fields to prepare the olives for the harvest. We were about to leave, but she insisted we sit down, offering us a roast. Finally, she called her son, who generously took over the chef's role and let us eat in peace. We greatly appreciated not only the good food, but above all the genuine hospitality, characterized by simple and sincere attention, just like in times gone by. A place with a rustic feel, with old-fashioned connections. An experience that will remain in your heart.
