We didn’t have any water, the restaurant was closed and the till was not open and I didn’t have any cash. The lady gave me a bottle of water without asking for money. We went back the day after to pay. This shows the kindness and service level of Sansepolcro

We were on July 18, 2024 for lunch. Excellent dishes! We were greeted by a very kind and nice girl. Good experience!

We had dinner in this restaurant on a Saturday evening in July, finding a seat at the last moment despite the full reservations due to a festival held in the city. The place is very nice, in the center but with convenient parking nearby. We waited a long time to order, a little less for the dishes to arrive, but I imagine they were messed up due to the festival. The menu is typical of the area and we ordered two first courses and two second courses with side dishes. The first courses: ravioli with white Chianina ragù and venison tortelli in a nettle and parmesan cream with chopped toasted walnuts. Both very good. Even though my dish lacked chopped walnuts, it was still delicious. The second courses: deer stew and truffle fillet. The very soft meat of both dishes. Perfect cooking. Very tasty truffle. Impeccable side fries. Excellent cooking. Very good organic sparkling wine. Finally, a very good caramel panna cotta. Everything excellent. Very welcoming and kind. We were with the dog and they were very kind to ask if we needed the bowl with water. Apart from the long waits, everything was delicious. Really recommended

Just delicious! If you want proper Tuscan food come here. They make their own pasta. Sensational.

Truly superlative food with the exception of the bread which unfortunately was of poor quality not worthy of the goodness of all the dishes. Service characterized by great courtesy but a little slow. Truly unwatchable plastic placemats. Good value for money

I LOVE this family owned restaurant that serves wonderfully unique yet classic dishes with friendly, warm service. Their pastry chef is incredible too and I loved sampling their tiramisu and panne cotta. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed in Sansepolcro for 4 days and went for dinner twice... nice, welcoming environment and friendly staff. The food is delicious 😋 I hope to return.
