I ate at this place a few nights ago. I found a truly beautiful and comfortable environment, courteous and kind service, really good pizza, very well prepared and above all digestible. There were four of us and we enjoyed four different pizzas. Truly excellent. Must try. Compliments.

Ci è stato consigliato e devo dire siamo rimasti ottimamente soddisfatti. Preso 3 pizze, impasto leggerissimo, (48 ore di maturazione) un po’ alto ma friabile e leggero. Ingredienti di prima qualità. Stuzzicati dalla curiosità del panino cotto al vapore con 72 ore di maturazione abbiamo preso la versione dolce..con crema di pistacchio e granella di piastacchio…veramente buono.

Il Gentil Rosso propone una vasta scelta di piatti e di pizze. Molto buoni anche i pranzi di lavoro. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente equilibrato ed il personale è gentile e professionale. Consigliatissimo.

Fantastic discovery, beautiful place, excellent pizzas and desserts. Prices normal. I recommend booking especially on weekends because it is very popular. The staff is young, helpful and very kind. The menu is varied.
