I watched Borghese's show and appreciated Mrs. Palma's seriousness and sincerity. When the new restaurant opens, I'll definitely be among the first to book. I'm very disappointed with the other restaurateurs participating in the show. And especially with one.

The mussels au gratin were delicious, but the rest (fried fish and tuna) were not.

My favorite place in Taranto.
The hospitality and service maintain high standards even during the busiest periods... the fish is excellent and the menu is varied and offers excellent options. Thanks guys 🫶

The service was decent, the atmosphere was generally decent, but the food, at least for what I ate, left me quite dissatisfied. The salmon tartare and seafood risotto are highly discouraged.

"I've only been to your restaurant once and the food was divine, but I hadn't left a review at the time. After watching the episode of 4 Ristoranti yesterday, I felt compelled to express my opinion.
It was clear that the winning contestant played a strategic game by giving you all 3s, which I didn't find at all fair. You should be proud, though: Alessandro Borghese's high ratings have confirmed your worth, even if they didn't win! In my own small way, I can confirm that you're one of the few places in Taranto where you can eat the freshest fish in a new, well-kept, and clean restaurant. The staff is incredibly kind. I'll definitely be back!"

This is my first time at Gente di Mare, and I'm extremely satisfied. Friendly service, excellent service, and, most importantly, excellent food.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent Taranto cuisine.
