I have known and frequented the ice cream shop for a long time now and so has my family, excellent value for money, really good ice cream, excellent opening hours even in winter and a wide choice of ice cream cakes, semifreddos and much more. A nice welcoming environment. The girls who have worked there for years have always been smiling and attentive to all needs and we have obviously always left satisfied with the service, however this summer we had various unpleasant episodes involving a lady who works there (light eyes, black hair, in her forties) very rude and intrusive. One usually takes a look when she comes in to decide the tastes and she is visibly very annoyed by the wait and stares at you with the cone in her hand. I even caught him making faces while he was turning around to give the change. Rude to say the least. Another time we enter and she is annoyed by it because I think she had to wash the floor. Apparently these unpleasant episodes were not only noticed by me but also by friends and family who realized the lack of commitment to the service. Even recently, with the excuse of "I look at the tastes", I preferred to have someone else serve me. I really think that this person is not suited to being in contact with the public. I still recommend this ice cream shop to everyone despite these facts.
