09/11/2024: The "Fiorentino" is absolutely my favorite pizzeria - and when it comes to pizza, having worked in the restaurant industry for years, I am really VERY demanding. Pizza, however, is not only a question of dough and quality of ingredients but also, if not above all, a question of PASSION, which you will find here behind the counter where Father and Son work hard but without "worry": THEIR PIZZAS SMILE. Not to mention the splendid women who, as good hosts, because the "Fiorentino" is HOME, welcome you with authentic kindness and professionalism. AUTHENTICITY and QUALITY - these rare pearls in what Pigneto has become in recent years (now devoted to opulence in style but paucity of substance) - is what you will find at the 'Fiorentino'. Trust me, you will thank me.
