The ice cream was great, but the vegan crepe was a disaster. It was super thick, tasted like stale bread, and fell apart completely.

I had an amazing gelato experience at Gelato Fantasy! The flavors were so rich and creamy, and the creativity behind the combinations really stood out. I tried one of their special creations, and it was absolutely fantastic – both delicious and unique. The staff was friendly, and the location near San Marco makes it the perfect stop during a day of exploring Venice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic and fun gelato in the heart of the city! 🍨✨

Best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life. Being lactose intolerant, I can’t enjoy gelato that often. This place, however, has a plenty of delicious vegan options which solves my issue quite efficiently. On top of that, my girlfriend is gluten free and they can deal with this, too (they have gluten free cones). They even reassured us that they do their best to avoid cross contamination, which made the client experience even better. My personal favourite combo so far: pistaccio + nocciola. Would go there again!

Good taste, good selection of ice cream. Not so long waiting to order. But you can get better in Venice. Still not bad!!! Prices almost like everywhere else.

This was pretty good, but not as good as Suso, in our opinion. It was also more expensive than other places.
They had a lot of vegan options -- all the fruits, chocolate, almond, pistachio, mint chocolate chip. We especially liked the mint and the almond.
The vegan cones are also gluten-free, so are quite dry.

¡El mejor helado de Venecia! Múltiples sabores para elegir y también puedes hacer combinaciones. El personal es amable y rápido. Me alegra ver que han abierto más sucursales. Fue un gran placer ayudarme a refrescarme mientras visitaba Venecia. ¡Tenemos que parar aquí todos los días cuando estamos en Venecia!
