We discovered it while searching for a gelato shop on Google Maps. We really stumbled upon it! The variety of flavors was all inviting, and finally, a scoop cost no more than €2.50. Gelato and a walk to the bridge over the Arno River—a combo we loved! It's worth a try...

The owner is so friendly and kind. I heard everyone said the mango was delicious, so I tried it thinking it would be just another mango gelato, but it really is the mango gelato of the year. I ordered the ricotta fig flavor, and the Italian grandfather next to me, who seemed to be a regular, said it was an excellent choice. It's rich, not too sweet, and delicious.

I recommend lemon, which has a refreshing peel fragrance but is not too sour and has a moderate sweetness. Pistachios are average, and it would be better if they had more graininess.

I've had gelato three times in Italy, from different regions, and this one was the best. The lemon was so refreshing and delicious. I want to come back again.

On top of the great customer service, the gentleman serving us made the experience extra special by offering gestures of courtesy, like serving our wives and daughter first, and even using some words from our own language. The ice creams themselves were truly amazing — the real test came with the beer flavor, which not only tasted like beer but also had alcohol in it! Our favorite, though, was the mojito flavor. Grazie mille!

04/09/2025: Nice and clean place, excellent, I highly recommend it. Sandwiches and wraps made with top-quality local ingredients, everything made in-house, including the fries, which are nothing like the frozen ones at the big fast food restaurants. I really appreciate the decision to sell the molecule and recommend purchasing an Italian product whose taste is identical to the original and whose brand doesn't support genocide. The staff is also extremely kind and helpful.
01/09/2025: We were on vacation in Volterra and found this place after reading the reviews. The business is run by two very friendly and helpful people. You can tell they care about the quality of their products. The bread is homemade, as are the Chianti piadinas (very good and unique). The sauces are also artisanal. A special mention goes to the chips, which are cut and fried freshly, without frozen products—a reminder of home-cooked meals from the past. I highly recommend them for a quality sandwich, which even my teenage daughters loved. The Molecola Italian soft drink, identical to the famous American soda, is also good.

30/09/2025: A remarkable experience at this recently renovated restaurant. The interior is beautiful (it deserves 6 stars). At the entrance, there was a basket full of freshly picked porcini mushrooms, and we were completely blown away! We had carbonara with mushrooms (amazing, beautifully presented) and Florentine steak with a side of pan-fried porcini mushrooms—all delicious. We washed it all down with an excellent Brunello di Montalcino. The tiramisu to finish was truly generous, prepared individually in a beautiful glass. The service was friendly and attentive; the owner is a true gentleman who discreetly accompanied us throughout the evening. I can't wait to go back! Bravo!
29/09/2025: Everything was perfect, the service with very friendly people and some spoke French, the cuisine and the papardelle carbonara with truffles and those with porcini mushrooms, succulent, the owners at the top, we wouldn't want another restaurant.
