Lemon is my favorite, and the other one was chosen by the boss for me. This one also comes with cookies for 3 euros, great ice cream, and the boss also provided me with a seat outside 😆

Here you can find really delicious ice cream at a reasonable price, and it's not too crowded. Three tables invite you to linger for a while. It's a shame we're only here for one day. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

We've only been in Pisa for a few days and have already been to Gelato Dipendente several times. The ice cream is delicious and Luca is a great guy. We'd love to come back!

08/05/2025: Found by chance, a nice culinary surprise! Dishes that blend South American and Tuscan cuisine perfectly with flavors that satisfy the palate. Must try the lomo and the tapas starter!
07/05/2025: We stumbled across Tumi and were able to get the last available table. The ladies running the show ran a 'tight ship' as I told them. They were professional, funny and helpful - a great team. Having just been on a walking (drinking and eating) tour around Tuscany we had no great expectations, but the food was absolutely delicious: the best we'd had in Tuscany. Wonderful Sushi amuse-bouche to kick things off. My Paella was unusual and better than any I'd had in Spain. My wife's steak cooked to perfection. We were too full for pudding - but not for their version of Grappa! A delight to find this enterprising place and joyful people. Thank you!
