I have to give 5 stars because the experience was not excellent, more so. I tried the very famous Gelato d'Autore the other evening and I must say that expectations were fully satisfied. The ice cream is really excellent, in addition to the classics, which are very well made, they also have many special flavors to try. The ice cream maker is a legend! Very nice and kind (he even gave me three bags of cones and wafers), you can see that he puts heart and passion into what he does. He is also always smiling, creating a welcoming and familiar atmosphere. I highly recommend!

Defining it as an artisanal ice cream parlor would be an understatement. Karim is literally the ice cream wizard, he transforms the raw material into a real taste experience, but don't ask him for the cone! Its ice cream can only be tasted in a cup! I challenge you not to take home a whole tub after finding your favorite flavors. I absolutely recommend guava and lilac flowers (unsurpassed) if you like fruit (no added sugars and no milk!). Dried fruit is loaded, full, powerful. For cream lovers: gianduiotto and hazelnut (also water based with stevia for those who pay attention to their figure and blood sugar levels). But if you ask for something unusual, Karim accepts the challenge and balances it perfectly for you. Among other things, the place is very cute with an internal garden where you will find swings and a pergola. It's now a permanent apartment even at the cost of crossing the whole of Rome!
