The owner is clearly passionate. His gelato and granitas are made by himself, using the finest fruit. Very helpful and friendly. Every flavor is an experience worth enjoying. In short, this isn't one of those bland, characterless gelatos!

I finally found the gelateria with an endless variety of flavors, all lactose-free and water-based. (This is very important and difficult to find for those with intolerances like me.) The very kind owner will recommend flavors to pair for a great tasting experience and will explain the process and the care he takes in sourcing top-quality products.
If you want to try excellent gelato, I highly recommend Karim's Gelateria d'autore.

The best dark chocolate in Rome by far, and if you're lucky enough to try it with the cornetto flavor, you're in for a treat! In my opinion, it's the best gelato in Rome, hands down, a hidden gem that deserves more recognition!
