Today after a long time we came from Padua to taste this much acclaimed ice cream... reading the reviews... so loved and so hated! We arrived at 11.45... we queued... not a lot of us because we arrived early... however, then Vittorio, cheerful and kind, let us taste the flavors of ice cream that he thought were best to try... we left him free reign... artisanal ice cream... you can taste everything... and good... thank you Vittorio for this experience 🥰

We went to Bergamo specifically from Lugano to try Vittorio Baldelli's ice cream and we can say without hesitation that it was the best of our lives.
Each flavor has a rare depth: long on the palate, silky, clean, intense. You can perceive an absolute respect for the raw material (which is without compromise), worked with care and boundless passion. It is an ice cream that speaks and tells stories of territory, of technique, of love for one's profession.
I also applaud Vittorio's welcome, who is not only an exceptional craftsman, but also a person capable of conveying all the dedication he puts into what he does. A place that is worth the trip, and that remains in the heart. See you soon

Before the amazing ice cream, I would like to talk about the greatness of the owner. Friendly, kind and generous person who tries to please the customer as best he can by suggesting fabulous combinations. Ice cream? The best I've tasted in my life for the quality and freshness of the product! Go to the opening because otherwise you may find yourself without your favorite flavor since it is a "limited edition" as is reiterated EVERYWHERE. Congratulations again. ❤️

This is a special place, not only for the wonderful ice cream, but also for the overall experience.
The ice cream maker exudes passion for what he does, he is very kind and helpful, he advises you on combinations and describes the various flavors and preparation methods. He gives every customer special treatment, and even if it means having to wait a bit, it's definitely worth it.
Personally, I really appreciate the choice to focus on quality and the desire to offer a very fresh and therefore limited edition product. The creaming is spatial and gives a unique consistency, each flavor is harmonious and enhances the raw materials used (the result of a great deal of research), never cloying even at the end of a tray. Over the course of two days I tried a good portion of the flavors and each was more moving than the last.
If I really want to find a flaw in it, it's not having it at home.
I already can't wait to go back!

Gelato incredibile, ogni gusto ha un’intensità e un sapore unico dato dalla ricerca verso la materia prima e la lavorazione. Consiglio questa gelateria non solo per il gelato in sé, ma per l’aria che si respira, un clima sereno dove la fretta quotidiana svanisce. Vittorio ti racconta ogni gusto e ti consiglia abbinamenti come parlasse dei suoi figli..
Ho letto recensioni che non apprezzano la tiratura limitata, cosa che per me rende ancora più unico ed esclusivo questo prodotto. Non è la classica gelateria toccata e fuga, qui ci si gode anche il momento in coda, parlando del più e del meno con chi ti sta davanti o dietro aspettando il gelato. È un’esperienza oltre che una goduria per il palato.
