I know this place and have been going there for years. The cones are delicious. The ice cream flavors are varied and delicious. The professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness of the staff are beyond compare.

I went to Gelati e Mozzarella to get a 3-flavor ice cream cone. I give it 5 stars because the flavors were excellent and the girl who served me stacked the flavors on top of each other. They were also generous, you can see she's good, it's worth the money.

One of the best gelato shops in Rome. All the flavors are spectacular, especially the nut flavors (almond, hazelnut, pistachio). But the licorice flavor is unbeatable. The lemon, mango, and chocolate flavors are also spectacular. The service is also excellent, and if that weren't enough, the panna is delicious too.

We've known this ice cream shop for years; what it used to be, is actually even better. They have a "wagon" of different ice creams, each better than the last.
I asked the employee, who might actually be the owner, if I could try two flavors because I don't like them too sweet.
Well, he didn't just let me try those; rather, he let us try eight in total.
Result: next time I'll get the Dark Chocolate with Cinnamon.
Try it because it's amazing!

I went to this ice cream shop out of curiosity and reading the reviews I often understand that the things people say are heresies.
Really good ice cream and those who comment otherwise should be treated urgently.
Unfriendly staff? Oh well. Go there and ignore the people's follies.
