I'd like to compliment the blue-eyed barista (sorry, I don't know his name), aside from making spectacular cappuccinos, this morning he made a small but highly professional gesture that almost no one ever does. I asked for a glass of water, and while he was looking for the glass, he realized it had just come out of the dishwasher. Anywhere else, they would have poured cold water into a warm glass. But he took care to find a cold glass. Believe me, that's not a given. I congratulate the entire staff, but especially him for his professionalism.

Due to a train delay, we stopped here to wait. The cocktails were very good. Furthermore, the waiter brought us a platter of appetizers included in the price. I thought it was a mistake when he brought it, but it seems to be the standard practice for every table, so it's a nice touch.
