Don't expect a luxury hotel, the rooms are still more than decent: spacious, clean, with essential and practical furnishings. Courteous and helpful staff. More than strategic location. Recommended.

Old rooms, but clean, shared bathroom with another room

If you're looking for clean, inexpensive accommodation close to the Vatican, I highly recommend this charming hotel. It is literally walking distance to the Vatican as well as many shops and restaurants along the way. It may not be fancy, and it does have a very small, very slow single elevator. But the rooms are very clean and comfortable and offers the exact same amenities as those expensive hotels but at an affordable price. It is also one of the friendliest hotels you will ever visit. All the staff were wonderful and very helpful with us. We thank them all for a wonderful first impression of Italy.

Very convenient and walkable to many places. Close to the train station and buses terminal.

In a strategic position close to San Pietro and 150 m from the station and bus stop. It is an old building and can certainly be improved given the price but quite in line with those in the area. Excellent welcome, available and always present 24 hours a day, therefore with a very good security level. Our room was comfortable and spacious, linen was clean and changed, the cleaning service was also good. Varied and abundant breakfast service, with very nice ladies. We were also able to use the luggage storage once we left the room. Advised!

You are practically behind St. Peter's Basilica, impeccably clean rooms, good breakfast, very friendly staff, very affordable price, definitely worth returning

There is not enough modernity (in terms of renovation, new furniture, etc.)

Our double (twins) had a bathroom and lots of space. No glamour or extras, very basic, but everything you need - and great proximity to St. Peter's. I've had smaller rooms with no storage space in more expensive hotels! The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Strategic location, excellent hospitality, welcoming room, good services, abundant breakfast for all tastes. A quality opportunity for stays in the capital a few steps from San Pietro.
